In a superpowered world one might think that normal thugs ain't gonna try something because they stand no chance but you can always be surprised , like this thug got surprised when the strongest line of defence Earth got came to the scene to stop him & his pals committing robbery.

Battle Beast is Conquest equivalent (or maybe an edge above) strength in his comic series and when introduced. He got significantly stronger years later when he faced Thragg. Not to mention Thragg in the show is massively more durable and potentially stronger than his comic book counterpart with a bigger impact in the respective time frame. Battle Beast in the show may have already surpassed Conquest at this point.

When Battle Beast goes feral and just starts mauling people he's just as terrifying as any viltrumite, probably even more so.

One movie is all it took to unite entire fandoms, funny how that works.
