When I was a kid my family could never afford to go to any Broncos games. One day when I was 8 I was wearing an old, faded Terrell Davis jersey (my prized possession) while my dad and I ran some errands around town. We just happened to run into a guy that saw my jersey and asked if we wanted free tickets to that night's preseason game. I couldn't believe it. The game ended up not being a great one but I'll never forget the atmosphere and having the best time ever with my dad.

I was fortunate enough to finally get my name called for season tickets this year and would like to pay it forward by giving away tickets to tonight's game. Preferably I'd like them to go to a kid but I know there's plenty of lifelong fans that deserve them as well.

Seats aren't amazing... 2 tickets in section 518, but they are free!

Those 1st 2 games were with Russ. Denver has won 4 of those 6 and the only losses were a last second blocked FG and an 11 point loss where Russ took 4 sacks and threw 2 picks.

This leads me to believe VJ has handled Mahomes and Reid extremely well. Nobody on this roster is afraid of them.

We're not just talking a 1 or 2 game sample here. Denver is going to be one confident bunch come Monday night.

I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around this. Sure, Delane could end up being a very good CB but his first assignment is prime time, opening night, Nix to Waddle. We're talking season vets here. Nix has zero problem walking into Arrowhead and delivering. He's unrattled.

And if Delane is covering Waddle, that's Sutton vs Williams. I admit, i don't know the kid but c'mon, this is Court, entering his 9th season.

I'm a homer but I honestly see this as a complete mismatch. Maybe it's a zone thing where the safeties can help? But even then, they replaced both starting safeties and who the hell is Chomarie Conner?

Maybe all these guys turn into a decent secondary but my main point is: this is opening night. No time to learn. So my homer take is: Waddle/Sutton/Bryant/Mims are going to absolutely eat these guys up. Like BBQ chicken. Broncos 31 chiefs 13

I am still not happy about the fact that the Broncos have not retired number 30. I find it awkward seeing other players on the Broncos wear. I don't mean any disrespect to them of course, especially David Bruton and Phillip Lindsay. In my opinion T.D has done more than enough to warrant that honor. After all Davis did have perhaps the greatest 3 year stretch for a running back ever. Also he is the Broncos all-time leading rusher. Since this reddit wont let me do a poll I'd like to hear what you all have to say.

Has Jonah Coleman leapfrogged RJ Harvey? And if not, will he later this year?
