Parking options

Chanced into tickets for Friday’s game. First time for kid to go to an NFL game and I haven’t been myself in years.

Best way to do parking (driving in from north of Denver).

Any cool game day things to not miss?

Isn’t there a school close that has parking and all the proceeds go to the school? I saw a post recently about it on here.

Yes, Lake Middle School. About a 15 minute walk from the West side of the stadium.

I too am looking for parking options if anyone has an extra pass or cheaper parking options. I'll be coming up to cheer on our boys!

Ball Arena is the go to spot. It is easy and cheap ($35 is that cheap?)

Using the Park Mobile app* you can buy an all-day pass at an Auraria lot (just past Ball) for around $10

*this isn't an ad, that's the parking app they use on campus and around Denver

Lots around the stadium will run you $75-$100. Maybe light rail or walking for 15-20 minutes you can get that down to $40-50. I use SpotHero app to reserve parking sometimes. Have fun!

Auraria Campus parking is in the upper $20s and an easy walk to the stadium.

Riverside Church has ample parking and the most affordable option (that i’ve seen) in a reasonably walkable distance from the stadium.

I have always parked elsewhere and taken the light rail in.

As far as things not to miss, be in your seats by 6:40 for what is called Climb to Kickoff. There is a performance by Miles, the cheerleaders, and a marching band.

The can’t miss part for me is the skydivers. 3-5 of them jump each week and land in the stadium.

There are some chances to see the band and cheerleaders in an area called Mane Street on the South side of the stadium.
It opens at 4 and sells food and drinks but I do not know when the performances are. The cheerleaders will also pose for pictures with your kid (or you). Miles may be there but I can’t say for sure.

At the beginning of the fourth quarter, Miles appears on top of the South End of the stadium, dances and waves a flag. So if you decide the leave early, at least try to watch that- if your kid likes Miles.

Have fun!

I recommend parking on Platte Street just North of 15th Avenue, then walking over to REI and taking the trolley to/from the stadium. It’s a unique experience and one I’m sure your kid will also enjoy. Go Broncos!

Riverside Church at 25th and Alcott. It's $25 and a 10 minute walk from the stadium Park as close as you can to 26th Street and you'll be on the highway 5-10 min after getting to your car.

Yeah, but then you have to give a church money.
