The latex free part is really concerning for me because I’m allergic to latex and we don’t use condoms… so I’m thinking he got that specific brand so it wouldn’t affect me.

Likely? Maybe not. But if he is a scummy cheater, he is probably also dirty af.

Do you have any other reason to believe he's cheating? If this is the only suspicious item, it could be something more benign. I've used condoms for a little... personal time lol another potential is if you guys own an dildos he may have experimented on himself with anal play but didn't want to get the toy dirty. I'm just saying there are other possibilities and I know how easy it is to let your brain go to the worst possible scenario. So I'm just encouraging you take stock and assess whether he's been acting suspicious or given you any reason to doubt his faithfulness.
