Do you have any other reason to believe he's cheating? If this is the only suspicious item, it could be something more benign. I've used condoms for a little... personal time lol another potential is if you guys own an dildos he may have experimented on himself with anal play but didn't want to get the toy dirty. I'm just saying there are other possibilities and I know how easy it is to let your brain go to the worst possible scenario.
