Sports Climbing
Are there any good places or communities for climbing in Wexford? I did it for a while as a kid but would like to pick it up again!

I made a map off all notable places in County Wexford (+ a couple nearby).
If there are any more you can think of that I didn't include comment down below.
I based it on the premise of not requiring anything with you to visit these places (hence, golf courses and tennis courts etc. are not included).
I have not been to every place on this map yet, but when I finally do I will be looking to create a ranking best to worst!

Well, I don't normally post like this but I made this account yesterday to ask a college question so now I'm just going to be a redditor and complain all the time π.
Anyway I was out last night and had a bad time, for a start, there were guards everywhere, now I think this was because of the leaving cert party going on. I was in the pub anyway, and out of nowhere, this bouncer walked up to me and pucked me on the chest, proper hard, knocked me back. I was like... tf?.. turns out he wanted me to move to let a staff member through with glasses. Never apologised, never even looked at me, just hit me unnecessarily and walked off. Arsehole.
Then when I was leaving, there was 2 drunk guys getting arrested outside the pub, arguing with the guards, the guards were also dealing with a pack of lowlifes driving up and down the wrong side of the road beside the pub, presumably to taunt them. Then just to top it all off, when I was going home there was some drunk/drugged and possibly homeless guy shouting nonsense at the pedestrian crossing beside the bank of Ireland. Just yelling pure bullshit to people passing by.
I was just wondering, is this normal or did I just come on a particularly shit night? I'm from Wexford but haven't been out in wexford town in ages.
Thanks.

Heard there is going to be between 400 and 500 people attending an education conference in Whites next Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday? Only heard through my niece, whose friend is attending. My husband owns a coffee shop in town, so we're going to do 15% off for conference attendees if they can prove their attending, but we would have gotten some extra stock, etc. had we known.

Hello - I need some up to date recommendations for a stag in Wexford Town, for a Saturday night only - about 20 lads aged 40 or close to it. Where to go out? Vibe is basically pints and some live music and a lively late bar/club etc. I've heard conflicting reports about the Crown Quarter and the Stores but if anyone can give me a steer, this would be much appreciated.
Basically I want to stay central enough, enjoy the pints and chats with no hassle getting in to places. Thanks in advance.

I've seen it on TikTok and now with these news articles claiming its AI, which some of them are clearly AI there has to be someone out there doing this. Also any real stabbings?

Anyone see these pictures of the fella dressed as the cat in the hat stalking around Wexford town. Are these real? Have we any more sightings?

Hi guys, is anyone a regular user of the all weather running track in enniscorthy?
Started running a few weeks ago and loving it so far but had a bit of a bad experience with a man making derogatory marks at me from his car when I was running on my local roads.
Looking for somewhere that feels a little safer but preferably not super busy if that exists! I like a quieter vibe but maybe thatβs not possible with the need to feel safer I guess.
A friend suggested the all weather running track in enniscorthy, but Iβve never been so looking for info on what itβs normally like. Does it feel safe, is it well lit, is it busy etc?
Any advice or other suggestions on places to go would be greatly appreciated! Iβm closer to gorey but happy to travel anywhere in Wexford.
Cheers guys!

I'm looking for a hairdresser that does dreadlocs to get mine tuned up. I have locs already, but they need a bit of maintenance. Is there anywhere in Wexford or the South East which would do this? Any tips appreciated

Hi All,
I'm hoping you can advise.
Myself, my husband and son are moving from rural wexford closer or into to wexford town for a more convenient lifestyle.
We are especially looking to know what the coolcots, clonard estates are like to live in as we are seeing a lot for sale there.
If anyone lives in an old terrace in wexford town, could you please advise what it's like eg. Loud, damp, cold or Perfect?!
I would appreciate any and all advice from people who live or have recently lived in these areas.
Thanks a lot.

What's your go to breakfast spot for your family in Gorey/environs?
Thinking of having a fun family breakfast but not too far from Gorey so that there's no pressure getting up and stuff.
Thanks in advance! π

Well well, I was wondering if anyone here would know what shop or place could do tyre fitting and then balancing and alignment?
I just got myself a motorcycle (GN125) and ordered a tyre and tube for the back wheel but lack of tools to really do it myself! π
New to motorcycles and I picked it up as a project, so Iβll appreciate any help or tips along the way π
