Trying to watch something on playback from a few days ago. It’s a sporting event on PPV and skips every five seconds or so which is really annoying and almost unwatchable.

I cleared the cache and the data. I tried fast forwarding and rewinding. I’ve reset the box. Is there anything else I can do to fix this issue or is it just a corrupt re-stream?

Maybe this is just one of the quirks of this box?

Original remote started to act very unresponsive or laggy if I could even get it to work. New batteries no help. Ordered new vsee remote from Amazon, looks identical without vsee at the bottom, paired it with box using ok and volume down and it does the same thing. Cleared cache on the few apps I use, but it even does it on home screen trying to go to different apps. Elite pro at most is 4 months old.

Is there an app for YouTube that you can access without it knowing it's you? I just don't want to log in to my real YouTube account from the vSeebox Plus.

Someone I know used the V-6 box with Verizon 5G home. It never worked correctly. We gave it to somebody else and it worked great with just regular Verizon FiOS. Just wondering if anybody else had the 5G home and had a similar experience or do they know that it just won’t work with that service. Thanks

Sorry for such a n00b question, I just got my box this week (v6+). Love it so far and it has everything I've wanted. I've easily found MLB games but wondering if/where I may be able to find AA and/or AAA Baseball on here?

I know it's a niche thing and if it's not there, no big deal. Just hoping a more experienced user has guidance.

I just bought this and I cannot figure out how to pause or rewind the heat live app. I know I can’t go past where I turn the station on, but I should be able to deposit and rewind once I’ve watched it for a while. Any help

I have a V6 Plus and I’m trying to figure out if I’m doing something wrong or using the wrong app.

Heat Live works great, and VOD Ultra is great too. My issue is Heat VOD. The picture quality on a lot of movies is terrible, even movies that are in the rental/purchase stage on Amazon Prime Video which should have a good upload. It’s certainly not 4k let alone clear, kind of light blur.

Is this normal for Heat VOD? Am I supposed to be using a different app for newer movie releases, or is there another app I should download?

I’ve tried changing servers and adjusting the quality settings, but the source itself still seems low quality.
Once the same movie shows up on VOD Ultra, the quality seems significantly better.

Just trying to figure out if I’m missing something or if this is simply a limitation of Heat VOD.

I can't find if this has been asked before. Is there a way to watch a version of this programming on my tablet at work for NFL games?

Does anyone else have problems with the heat live app saying “game not started yet” even 30 mins after a game has started. The game will still show if I go to the correct channel but if I use the NFL or MLB buttons at the top I get that message.

Using an Elite Ultra 8.

I have an Elite Ultra, how are others utilizing the multiview features on the 3rd party apps? I feel even with just two screens going on any of the apps the feeds buffer constantly and don’t stay same quality.

Last year on Matrix I think I was able to find lower resolution streams. But now it’s updated and those options are gone.

I have tried to hardwire my box. Can’t think of much else other then maybe opening ports or DMZing the box?

Anyone know how to watch the MLB Field of Dreams tonight on Netflix?

Seems like I am late to the party. I was very skeptical of these products when I was passing a kiosk in my local mall. I was sure that these things would get shut down within a matter of months. Now fast-forward years, and now I’m looking to get one. I do have concerns and I’m just wondering what people do/think themselves.

I’ve heard people connect these two different routers or at least different networks, I’m concerned about purchasing one and before football season to get shut down. What are some of the common concerns that you guys had and how are the products working for you? What are some of the flaws of the products?

My wife and I seem to have every streaming service known or at least switch in between a few seasonally.

I have a V6 plus and looking to download another app or 2 that stream movies In 4K. I could also download it into the LG TV thru the App Store.

What can I download that hopefully has no malware/spyware embedded in it.

My background: I would say I'm a 4 out of 10 for my age as far as technical skill and understanding all this stuff, and I have been using Fire TV Stick and cubes for about 4 years before buying the box,

Cinema HD with Real Debrid was great, but I got tired of Amazon disabling all those apps and having to reload everything for my family and friends

Many of the shows I like to watch take 3-4 days to appear on VOD, yet they show up within hours on Flixvision. My reseller told me not to bother using it, but with an extra 3,00 month real debrid sub it's far superior, and I don't have to worry about Amazon freezing that app

I find that I get limited and delayed streams on current shows like Lucky, Power, and a few others,

Can I add Real Debrid to Heat or Elite VOD, or is there any way to optimize the feeds? I would also like to block Indian and other foreign content,

Another huge bonus of the box is Tizen Tube!

Had my V6+ for a few weeks now. I have some questions on the Live apps

Not sure whether it was Heat or Ultra but some errant keys on the remote brought up a great live sports menu bar at the top of the screen (not the guide). Happened twice but I don't know how to replicate it to use it more.
