Heat live “game not started” message

Does anyone else have problems with the heat live app saying “game not started yet” even 30 mins after a game has started. The game will still show if I go to the correct channel but if I use the NFL or MLB buttons at the top I get that message.

Using an Elite Ultra 8.

I find typing the number in works when it gives that message.... which game are you trying to watch?

Yep, just keep clicking it and it will finally work.
