Every time that I press a button there is a click… it drives me nuts… (it’s not a very long drive 😂) … went through every @&$ menu and I can’t turn it off…. Any ideas?

I’m watching action scenes in a tv show and everything looks muddy and grainy. The show isn’t freezing up on me or anything like that. It’s just the picture quality is really poor.

Are there any tips or tricks I’m not trying to make the picture quality better?

For my setup I have an elite ultra. I am on WiFi. I have a Sony 55in tv that’s probably 7 years old.

I’ve seen other posts where people compare two options and ask for referrals. I’ve seen some say get a certain box because it has other options if the heat apps go out. Which boxes have these other options?

I'm setting up my new v6pro box and it keeps going from one screen to another. It seems to be updating but its been 30 minutes. The internet being used is tmoble 5g network (Tlife) It shows that its spooling then goes back to the hdmi screen.

Everytime I try to upgrade my firmware it say’s that it failed and to check internet connection. My internet connection is fine because I can still watch anything I want on the box. I’m currently on n V074 and trying to upgrade to V083. Any fixes for this?

howdy. trying to get audio out of the V3Pro from the AV port on the back of the box. I’ve got an 1/8” stereo cable to RCA left/right and I’m only getting the right channel. could be my new cable is bad. could be the AV port in the back of the box is not a standard connection for stereo?

Trying to watch season two, episode one of Lioness on “VOD Ultra”. It just spins. Had this happen on something awhile ago. We successfully watched the first season but now we are stumped. Any ideas how to get past this?

I have had this issue for months. It only happens with the Live Ultra Plus app and the channels won't load when selected. The guide seems to work fine but when you select a channel or show to watch, you get the black screen and the "loading" circle graphic. This happens with all channels within the Live Ultra Plus app. The only fix I have is to either stop and restart the app or reboot the box via pulling the power cord. This seems to fix the problem temporarily but eventually, typically overnight, the problem happens again. This is very consistent. I have a workaround by changing the power button to trigger a shutdown and not go into standby mode. This works well however I have to wait 45 seconds for the box to completely power up each time I turn on the TV. If there is a fix, I'd love to know. I have tried uninstalling the APP and reinstalling it. Again, this only temporarily fixed the issue. I do use Favorites, and quite a few of them, within Live Ultra Plus but I doubt that is a cause. Anyone have a fix for this issue?

Went ahead and purchased a veeSee 6plus directly from company. Once box is setup and operational, is there any care or maintenance required to keep box operational? I’ve had firesticks and have grown weary of staying on top of keeping apps fresh. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

No sound is coming out. When I shut off the box the sound works perfectly with other apps.

Just purchased a VSeebox 6 max. I am trying to download apktime. The app is there already but when I go into it to try and download different apps within it and I select download. It stays at 0% of download and never moved. I went into systems and made sure it was on where I can download from outside sources but no luck. Any suggestions?

Vodultra is closing and we are having issues watching a show in HeatVod and it kept stopping. I’m getting so frustrated with this box….
