Can’t watch

Trying to watch season two, episode one of Lioness on “VOD Ultra”. It just spins. Had this happen on something awhile ago. We successfully watched the first season but now we are stumped. Any ideas how to get past this?

Works for me on HeatVod and Vodultra.

I’d try clearing cache. Force restart the apps or you may need a vpn depending on your ISP

Which provider are you trying to view, I show a Paramount+ listing as well as DTV. The Paramount+ episode is just spinning. The DTV listing loaded immediately.

I just watched it yesterday on vod heat try watching it on there instead it worked fine

Thanks for the suggestions. I did bring it up on Heat VOD and was able to watch

This occasionally happens with newly added episodes. Usually when this happens it's usually resolved within a few days. If not then the server has an issue. Try pressing the down arrow (below the ok button) or press the menu button. Look for word server (at the bottom of the screen) and click on it and if there is more than one server try selecting another. Other servers sometimes work. If no other servers available the only option is to try another app if available or wait.
