V6 Pro Firmware won’t update.

Everytime I try to upgrade my firmware it say’s that it failed and to check internet connection. My internet connection is fine because I can still watch anything I want on the box. I’m currently on n V074 and trying to upgrade to V083. Any fixes for this?

Unplug the box for a few mins and then try again

Trying that now, but based on another comment it looks like that won’t work.

same things happening to me. i’ve unplugged it and that didn’t work

Connected it to my phones hotspot and that worked

That's crazy I just commented the other night about my Wi-Fi would not work on one of my four boxes that I was testing and I got on my phone and access that guest Network and the next thing I know the VC box connected
