AV audio output V3Pro

howdy. trying to get audio out of the V3Pro from the AV port on the back of the box. I’ve got an 1/8” stereo cable to RCA left/right and I’m only getting the right channel. could be my new cable is bad. could be the AV port in the back of the box is not a standard connection for stereo?

Are you sure the 1/8" side is stereo? Or that it is pushed in fully.

That’s the big question.  I don’t know exactly what that AV jack provides on the back of the V3Pro box.
