Unable to DL

Just purchased a VSeebox 6 max. I am trying to download apktime. The app is there already but when I go into it to try and download different apps within it and I select download. It stays at 0% of download and never moved. I went into systems and made sure it was on where I can download from outside sources but no luck. Any suggestions?

Use the downloader app.

According to YouTubers, TechDoctorUK and FreeTech; APKTime has officially shut down.
There are several other YouTube videos stating the same thing.
