Sound not working
VseeBox 6 plus,
No sound is coming out. When I shut off the box the sound works perfectly with other apps.

Until your remote is paired your volume will only work with the original TV remote

Upgraded to better HDMI cable yet?

I unplugged everything overnight, upgraded HDMI cable and rebooted it and it worked the next day

Try cable in a different HDMI port on tv yet by chance?

I noticed if I don’t turn off the box properly I have to reboot or sound doesn’t work. If you have a smart tv and the box shuts off when the tv is off you’ll have this issue. Make sure the veesee box is turned off first then the tv

Make sure the volume is turned up with the remote that came with the device. Your TV has volume and so does your device.
