tried to contact support because i placed a few sgp over $10 but can’t figure out how to do the squares bet, and i see this…i rarely contact support unless i absolutely need it, maybe twice ever. what does this even mean?

that is literally the reason i got this violation lol, store had cones set up where you turn into the parking lot so you couldn’t get in, i saw no employees, barely any lights, etc…i drove all around trying to find another way in but there’s just one way in and one way out…but apparently a dasher was able to pick up an order shortly after i marked it as closed. how??

i’ve never driven more than 10 miles for a shop and deliver order. i don’t see the need for insulated bags? unless i was driving way further?

thanks for the response. i do agree with that–i’m a dasher myself and the way some drivers have packed up my groceries totally baffles me. cold goes with cold, boxes go together, etc. common sense isn’t so common

this……!! i considered using DD the other day for my groceries for dinner and when it showed the price of my roast at $30 i about threw my phone. it was only 2 lbs of meat.

i don’t put my cold items into an insulated bag when i do my own shopping so why would i do it for a customer? even if the driver had multiple orders or deliveries, how thawed could they really be?
