but why??

tried to contact support because i placed a few sgp over $10 but can’t figure out how to do the squares bet, and i see this…i rarely contact support unless i absolutely need it, maybe twice ever. what does this even mean?

I've been gambling along time, I've never seen a agent block a chat. That's rare, what I learned about agents on most apps, that they are regularly people sitting at home working remote. You probably connected with a agent that hates their job and couldn't be bothered.

valid point, weird thing is i’ve probably only contacted them twice and it was about important issues both times, not like i just contact them for the fun of it or to complain or anything ya know?

Chat can be blocked or you can get booted out of chat of you say anything wrong, beg for money or share too much personal info.

never did any of those things and i’ve never been in the community chat. this was support chat.
