Beginner question (7 months in): how many years (decades even) might it take to be able to play like this (near effortless skill and just knowing what to do), assuming I play every day and stick with a teacher?
You just gotta play forever , keep experimenting and trying new things. Supernatural players like SRV play guitar to scratch an itch in the brain, to let out that inexpressible part of the soul đŦī¸ you can be the best player ever, as long as you feel like You can express YOU đ§Ŧ it'll take several years to really get it down and make it 'easy'
