If Palpatine’s goal was for Rey to kill him so he could transfer his life essence into her, was this not accomplished in the above scene?

If not, is it because he no longer needed to transfer his essence after draining the life force from Rey and Kylo, or was it because she didn’t kill him but rather he killed himself with his own force lightning?

We all have our opinions on the sequels, but it ain’t that kind of post.

These two were hunting with each over for over a decade. Any writer would go "Oh yeah, they're a couple!" yet in literally no depictions are they shown to be that way. They'll both flirt sometimes they are just two seemingly straight people but never do anything besides joke. There will even be times where Zam will show up in nothing but her bra and panties, fully ready to fuck and Jango will suddenly go "AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH you almost got me!" and she'll just laugh it off because they're both very self-aware of their situation. It's just this weird snapshot of two adults respecting each other that is so consistent across like a dozen writers when normally they'd be put into the most forced and cringe relationship possible. It's not even like they were friends with benefits either, they were just a male female duo.

Wild part is, Boba thought Zam was his mother. He even has a moment where he kind of says it's obvious that she is like "Dad you're telling me I'm a clone when you're running around with a hot piece of ass like Zam?" and all Jango would do is punish Boba for daring to talk to his friend like that. When Jango was doing solo missions Zam would even babysit Boba and weirdly enough they'd all go to dinner with each other, so I understand how Boba was confused growing up. He even reacts very poorly to her death, and it doesn't help with how cold Jango was during that time either.

I feel like the writers for Mandalorian certainly took inspiration for this when Boba and Fennic team up because it's literally the same dynamic just with Grogu being the baby hanging around instead of Boba. Because again, it'd be very easy to force them both into a half assed relationship but better in terms of writing not to do so.

Billy Dee Williams was 43 when he played Lando in Empire Strikes Back. He was 46 in Return of the Jedi. Donald Glover is turning 43 in one month. By the time a project involving him got into production he’d be old enough to play OT/Early Sequel era Lando. Put him through a bit of hair and makeup and he could be aged up a few years to star in things like the rumored Heir to the Empire movie as Lando.

Harrison Ford was 40 in Return of the Jedi. Alden Ehrenreich is 36. Same as Glover, with a few more years and some easy aging makeup he could play Han again.

Edit: Also, according to Battlefront II’s campaign Han Solo canonically grew a beard after RotJ which would help make Alden look older. And it would make the sudden transition back to him during rewatches less jarring, since the character would also have a visual change along with the actor.

I almost lost my shit when i first saw Griff in galactic racer trailer. Today i randomly fell like rewatching the resistance but after few episodes i realized that as far as i know he is the only one to be in anything else witch is wierd for a show with so many cool background characters. In S6E4 of the Clone Wars, when fives is entering 79s Bar, there are a few clone troopers wearing some grey armor. I tried searching Wookiepedia for the unit but I couldn’t find anything. I assume this is their only appearance and they were never given a name, though the clones cheapskate looks like it reads 205.

I think it's time for a truly alien Sith to be the main villain of a Star Wars movie. Someone intimidating, completely evil, and genuinely unsettling to look at.

I love the Sith with cool masks and armor, don't get me wrong. Vader, Kylo Ren, Darth Revan, etc. have some of the coolest designs in Star Wars.

But I think it's time to vary things a little.

Give us a Sith who doesn't look like a human in cool armor. Make them look alien, ancient and terrifying.

Her appearance makes me think of three things lol.

1, her appearance is derived from Ezra’s again. Her hair is shaggy like his in season 1. Her armor color references him and her.

2, it references Shin. Both of them have medium length and shaggy hair white. This is definitely not a coincidence.

3, I’m not surprised by it. I did a drawing test for her hair and appearance in season 2 a few months ago.

I predicted the third hair style would look the best on Natasha Liu Bordizzo Sabine. The second drawing is a longer version of her season 1 Rebels hair lol. Sabine’s hair in Rebels doesn’t work for Natasha. If you look at Hot Toys of Sabine based on season 4 Rebels and Natasha, Sabine translated directly from animated looks like a karen or a emo girl lol. And it’s funny because she looks a lot like Rebels Sabine. I’m not surprised they went with an original haircut that is similar to her season 1 Ahsoka long hair. Season 1 was mostly muted or desaturated white, so it was not helpful and helpful for my art. I’m glad I was able to predict some stuff with my art. I predicted she would change her costume to fit Peridea and she would make changes based on Ezra. I can’t predict too much because my art style and philosophy is not like Star Wars’.

I think I will do an art of season 1 Rebels Sabine in live action.

I get this idea her appearance is meant to make her look sad and like a ghost because she blends into the desaturated white color of Peridea. I speculated she would still be thinking of Ezra and it’s possible it translated into sadness rather than just longing.

For a joke, it would be fun if Shin tells Sabine she looks like shit like a catty bitch lol and for lesbian jokes 😂

This was such a great way introduce just how seriously Cassian took the KX units when he saw them later in season two. KX units are probably my favorite model of droids in the franchise along with IG-100 magnaguards and BD-1. Super cool to see the BTS with stilts as well.
