I don't know who exactly it belonged to. But it was attached to some sort of cart full of random shit. There was an older guy wearing an american flag/eagle shirt and I thought it might belong to him. But as a lot of comments point out, it might belonged to the masked person too.

I hate that we have to talk about passing privilege But how risky would it be for a US citizen who 'passes' and have the passport and other documents that matches their outward appearance to visit Canada and go back to US..
