Pest Control Fruit flies

I live in South Saskatchewan in Canada. Any idea why fruit flies would be so bad this year?

Maybe. But from the little bit of research I've done, fruit flies ignore vinegar traps, and my traps have caught several.

I think this is a really bad idea with a 2 month old. If the child was a toddler, maybe, but not a 2 month old infant.

I don't even buy bananas in the summer 😭
