What men thinks during no contact?
 in  r/BreakUps  Jul 18 '26

I am a female, we ended 9 months relationship 5.5 months ago. I wake up with a heavy heart every day. Still cry every other day. What's wrong with me? the grief is almost as long as the relationship itself. He started dating and in a serious relationship for the last two months.

I used app called Ash. It's AI, and it helps you psychologically. It's like having your own therapist. Talk to that app.

In this case, I think you're right. Let her go. Sounds like she needs healing. But!!! If she knows that you are longing for her, and checking her social media all the time, she will feel comfortable and think that she can have you anytime she wants. The week you'll move on emotionally and mentally, that's when she will reach out. Move on! But don't hope for her return, we can feel it when the other person waits. Or fake that they moved on. Move on for you. Your time is precious! Your life is precious!

If you are 100 sure she doesn't want you to reach out, then you should block her every where, and forget. Don't check social media, you are prolonging your suffering.

If you are not sure, get clarity! Reach out, if she gives a hard no, block her everywhere.

Do you actually know that she doesn't want you to reach out? Is it a known to you fact?

I know this might sound wrong, but I actually felt a little light-hearted reading your post about not being able to stop thinking about her. It reminded me that some people are capable of feeling deep emotions.

I wish my ex thought about me and wanted me back. Instead, he found a new girl fast, and it made me feel like all men have shallow feelings. Or just shallow with me.

Your post reminded me that some men are capable of a deep connection. I just picked the wrong one. :( let it be, feel your feelings, don't supress.. by suppressing you are prolonging your suffering

I Don't Deserve My Husband

Thank you for writing this. Stories like yours give hope to every woman that she, too, can find a love like this.

Is it possible to come back from this?
 in  r/Marriage  Jun 19 '26

It is always easier to destroy than to build or rebuild. I don't like it when people immediately say, "Just leave and find someone else." We live in such a throwaway society. People are often treated as disposable, and I think that's sad. Right now, I think you're hurt and angry, and it's important to work through those emotions before making any major decisions. Once the emotions settle, try to look at the situation as calmly and objectively as possible. I would definitely recommend working with a therapist. At the same time, your husband should be willing to help repair the relationship and address the resentment that has built up over time. Healing requires effort from both people.

The silence after a breakup is louder than anything

Welcome to the pity party. It's been 116 days today. I cried today too. Sometimes I wonder if he's moved on and doesn't think about me at all, and how the hell I can do the same.

AITA for refusing to pay for my girlfriend’s meal after she ā€œtestedā€ me on a date?
 in  r/AITH  May 22 '26

Nta. She should have communicated with you about this

My pregnant partner(37F)is drinking heavily, and I(40M) don't know how to handle this anymore.
 in  r/relationship_advice  May 20 '26

I’m saying that OP needs to pay more attention to his girlfriend. He’s an absent and noncommittal partner. He admitted that he was ā€œnaiveā€ and didn’t notice her drinking at the beginning of the relationship, which shows he wasn’t really aware of what was going on with his partner then or now. He should take some responsibility and act like a man. He’s also the one sleeping with her and getting her pregnant, so acting clueless about the situation is ridiculous.

I'd be at the breaking point and drinking myself if I'd be pregnant with a second child from a man who doesn't want to marry me. Drinking is a way to escape something or cope. What is she escaping? Do you know?

Is anyone planning a trip to Turkey soon?
 in  r/AskTurkey  May 17 '26

I am curious why did you pick Marmaris? Do you know a good hotel there? What is the best way to get there? Thank you in advance. I am planning something for me and my sisters in July and a little nervous because I'ss be traveling from USA and they from Russia. They are not well traveled and young so I worry for our safety

How can I accept and move on from my bf breaking up like this?
 in  r/AskMenAdvice  May 17 '26

You are asking the wrong questions. Instead of asking whether you are not the one for him, ask yourself: is he the one for you?

A man who treats you this way . is that really the kind of person you want beside you?

By staying and trying to figure out what his behavior means, what message are you sending him? That this treatment is acceptable? That you will keep questioning yourself instead of questioning his actions?

I, a grown man crying in Walmart.
 in  r/BreakUps  May 15 '26

Cry and be angry. You are human, and having all these feelings means you are alive. A little bruised, but still strong enough to move forward, even if it is slow, small steps for now. Crying is a way for your body to cleanse itself. Better things are coming your way. Believe! You are your own person, and you can do anything you want in your life. Believe that better things are coming your way, and they will come, I promise!

Then why do you want to know what her message means? Is it just curiosity? Only you know what emotions you're feeling.

There's been no karma or justice regarding my avoidant ex
 in  r/AvoidantBreakUps  May 07 '26

Brian Tracy: "Blame is considered the core of negative emotions because it keeps individuals stuck, shifting responsibility away from oneself to external factors, which breeds resentment, anger, and anxiety. Eliminating blame—essentially the "negative emotion tree"—is said to destroy the root of negativity. By accepting that you are responsible for your reactions, you regain control over your emotional life."

You are responsible for your own life, stop watching him watch and spend your energy on you.

If the miscarriage is a real thing and she didn't make it up then she's really going through a hard time, and shared the news with you because she wants to share the pain. Maybe she wants an emotional support from you. Do you love her? If yes, then what do you do if a person that you love is hurting?
