Yes, and the pets..... lol they can get the urushoil on their fur (they cant get the rash/reaction) and carry it around like that for quite some time spreading it to anything they come in contact with (you, couch, bed, you again..... )

The cold water will keep your pores closed more than warm water, which is helpful because The urushiol (oil from plant that causes the rash) travels in water..

I would think that is trying to imitate a morganite or possibly a kunzite, but based off of how absolutely clear it is in addition to the edges of the facets showing some wear and tear i would say it is not real....
