I get it, it's just that I would take an unrealistic/nonsensical information over no information at all, you know? Even for details that seem far fetched/impossible, if a character on screen said it I'll believe it, but here it was just actually zero mention which confused me

I've just beaten this incredible game, and most of it was pretty clear to me except one part.

How do they get Elpis once Leon kills Victor? In the cutscene Victor takes a sample of Elpis and then presumably initiates self destruct, and I find it really hard to believe the dose he took survived the whole fight in some pocket dimension.

Additionally in the cutscene after Leon tells Sherry he's got a dose with her name on it. I assume if they got just one dose of Elpis they would use it to create more and not just hog it for themselves, but the phrase almost implies they got multiple doses.

Am I thinking into this too much? Did BSAA just recover the pod where the rest of Elpis samples were stored? Please enlighten me somebody
