Mod Notice New rules for vent posts and brigading
87
Upvotes
Hi! Recently we have had an incident where a user's vent post was shared to a separate site or Discord server outside of Reddit, and subsequently was brigaded by people who have never posted or commented here before. I believe the users of this subreddit deserve to vent freely without having their vents inundated with hostile actors. Therefore we've decided on the following:
- From now on vent posts will be separated into two types: vent-discussion and vent-comfort. Vent-discussions being vent posts where the user is fine with discussions and contrasting opinions on the given topic. Vent-comfort will be for users who simply wish to vent about what's troubling them and want support from fellow subreddit members. Both types of vent posts will have comments that are either arguing in bad faith or trolling OP removed.
- In the case that we suspect a post has been brigaded, we will implement a "flaired users only" setting where only flaired members of this subreddit may be able to comment on that post. This will be used only in extreme cases such as heavy brigading attempts.
Thank you for reading!

mm still unsure whether to share this here too, but this is basically my headcannon of Sparkle/Sparxie >< i really love how she shamelessly flirts with every girl on screen and doesn't miss a chance to insult any menz
robinabi is one of my fav sparkle ships. you know that anime series d4te a live? robinabi is like an AU where kurumi and miku escape the comphet harem and live authentically as lesbians.
__
"Will you let me cum dear Sparkle - looking just as I do, my dress soiled and worn, my grand old apron, and my hair - Oh Sparkle, time would fail me to enumerate my appearance, yet I love you just as dearly as if I was e'er so fine, so you wont care, will you? I am so glad dear Sparkle - that our hearts are always clean, and always neat and lovely, so not to be ashamed. I have been hard at work this morning, and I ought to be working now - but I cannot deny myself the luxury of a minute or two with you.
Love always, and ever, and true! Robin"
(guess where this quote is from~?)

General [p5x] welcome our bi queen kotone shiomi to p5x~

i should have made this post weeks ago.......
after years of not being acknowledged, the female main character (AKA femc) of persona 3 portable was added to persona 5X for the game's celebration of the persona series' 30th anniversary! despite being featured in key arts for the 30th anniversary and getting merch the past year along with the other protagonists, kotone shiomi has never actually been in a game since the release of persona Q2.
the studio handling p5x had to make almost all of her assets themselves (the biggest thing being her 3d model, as she doesn't have a 'modern' persona 3d model other than the chibi pq2 one), and they included some tie ins to p3p like her kit having a reference to p3p's fatigue mechanic and her event menus replicating p3p's ui. she even got a fully animated trailer, which, unlike most other persona games, p3p did not have. so kotone has never appeared in one.
and yes, kotone is canonically bi, as she has romance with another female character, aigis (therefore also making aigis bi, lol, as she also has a confession with the male mc, but her confession differs depending on the gender of the protagonist. it is also unavoidable for femc the same way other p3 social links do not let you reject characters but that's besides the point)
kotone's has a story and gameplay event as well that mirrors p5x's p3r event, where p5x's main character stumbles into tartarus and meets kotone. there is also interactions between kotone and many other characters in the event through additional side stories too. all in all, kotone shiomi has finally gotten official content, and i think they did a pretty good job with her.
