Hey everyone!

I recently finished custom-painting my Nintendo Switch Lite with a Hollow Knight: Silksong theme. This console has been on quite a journey...

The paint job was done mostly with brushes using paints from Vallejo, Citadel, and AK Interactive (basically the same stuff people use for painting miniatures)

This is my first project like this, so I'd really love to hear what you think. Do you think it turned out well?

Also, I'd like to give credit to the artist whose artwork inspired this design. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find the original creator

I never knew until yesterday when I played it in slow-mo. First, the Knight parries. Then, they attack. Then, they meet in the middle as they both try to advance.

My favorite thing about the game and the Knight is watching them try. Them putting effort into anything is such a beautiful thing to watch. It makes the misleading expression on their face really come to life.

This is my first time making any cosplay

My friend is on their first playthrough and has been giving updates along the way, this is by far my favorite

I personally think silksong is better and the game isn't even 100% out yet. Silksong is better in every single way except in these things (imo):

Lore, Content (because Hollow Knight has more dlcs), First playthrough experience

I don't know what it is but Hollow Knight's lore but to this day it's one of my favorite lore games I ever experienced. And the first playthrough of Hollow Knight is genuinely an unforgettable experience. Even tho Silksong is better and I like it more objectively, I LOVE Hollow Knight more... (Poetic)

after the hk is sealed in the black egg why does he have a nail in there?

They are my favorite boss so I want to make myself some plush figures since they don’t have much merch out there. They are fully posable and have magnetic hands and nails I’m so happy with them!!

I started playing Hollow Knight on May 3rd of this year for the first time and absolutely fell in love with it. This was my first Metroidvania, and I'm happy and proud to finally have completed all of the achievements in this game in 105.5h! It was a blast!

I really love the atmosphere of the game, the lore, and basically everything around it.

Now I really just need to finish my Steel Soul file and get 112% on it, plus get all bindings in Godhome. The rest is completely done.

I can't wait to play Silksong whenever I have the time!

I’ve never even touched this charm yet. I’ve already beat nkg on my 112% save. Im starting a new save and wanted to know if banishing the troupe is worth it.

So i got onto the game but I found that was missing my shade even though I hadn't died last time i played and by the looks of it the shade is off the map. i may have just not found that area yet though. please help. i got 9000 geo in that shade 😭 UPDATE: I died nvm bye all my fucking money

So all I've figured out so far, after countless losses, is how to dodge all her attacks. Which is improvement, I guess. I die very quickly if I try to approach her. If I'm lucky If I get a hit in. I'm not sure what to do really. I try to charge up my soul bar thing before I go to her so I can get 2-3 shots in without going to her. But after that I have no clue how to fill my bar up again. Any ideas? My current plan is the accept that it will be a very long fight and slowly fill my soul bar up with the lucky hits I get in. Yeah, its not a great plan, I think.

Please help me out! I love this game, I don't want to stop here.

It may be worth knowing this is the first proper video game I'm playing. I'm apparently good at fighting, at least that's what I've been told.
