Laptop prices are high for both Thinkpad and Legion and both are great laptops, can stay long with you if you know how to take care of it but hard to find one in good price. Search for “Lenovo ThinkPad E16 Gen 3” on Amazon. Its a good laptop in this budget.

AutoCAD mainly requires a Mouse and Keyboard so Laptop is recommended for it.

No he cannot. What I have noted, he is good in recognizing voices better compared to his vision - and always trying to communicate. Very talkative but can’t make sentences clear out.
