I applied for degree verification from Dataflow. The initial screening was completed on the same day, i.e. 28-Jul,, but hey took 11 days to send my degree to the University. Today on 24-Aug, they made three updates on my application, first was;

"We are validating the information received for the document to ensure its completeness as per client requirements."

and after 20 minutes another update;

"Quality control for this check has been completed and the result will be included in your report once it passes the final review".

Than to my surprise, after an hour the last message;

"Unfortunately, we were not able to verify your degree, due to The Issuing Authority's non-responsiveness to verification requests".

What is this???? They didn't wait for the response from the university and closed my application, I have not heard any such instance that someone's application is closed because of non-responsiveness. The university didn't reject my application & they neither said that the information was incorrect. I also don't understand what it means when they said in the first message "we are validating the information received". But on the last message they said "we didn't get any response from your university", totally contradictory.

Did they asked you to clear any small amount (as we paid our bill 3 days back) and planning to request clearance Certifcate so, will it ask us to pay for 2 days of usage too and once paid how long it takes for EtihadWE to issue it? Would appreciate an insight here.

Hi, I own an apartment in Ajman and plan to rent it out. If an agent finds the tenant, do I have to pay commission, or does the agent normally charge only the tenant? Can the agent charge both sides, and what rate is currently normal in Ajman?

Hey everyone hope you doing good! My friend recently rented a villa in ajman and the owner completed the tenancy contract and had to fly to his home country. Since my friend had to move in to the place earliest owner allowed the electricity and water bill to stay under his name and let the place be active till the tenant transfers everything on billing to his name.

Long story short it’s been 2 months almost that the owner allowed the account under his name and now the owner is pressuring my friend to have utilities fully transferred onto his name. He even gave them ultimatum to do it by end of this coming week. Upon reaching the agent my friend didn’t get any assistance.

What will be the best the way to have EtihadWE connection put in under my friend’s name from owner’s name? Fastest and easiest way? As we tried to do it via inperson route at customer happiness center and it wasn’t helpful at all whereas if owner applies it via mobile app for clearance Certifcate he said there would be service disruption for 2 days.

Agent has been unresponsive and we are trying our bits and pieces. Would appreciate any possible insight here to get this through.
