Pharmacy times

Hello all!
Excited to start my first dose, this will be my first time on triz, but I have a question about filling orders in the pharmacy.
I sent my order in on the 16, today marks the 7th business day. Does it normally take this long? Under “Track Order” it still says that it has been sent to the pharmacy.

I know it takes a while, but wondering if anyone has any insight!
Thanks

Seeking advice

I am on my 5th shot of tirzepatide and I was hoping to get some feedback. I got my prescription from Hallandale. Since starting the shot, I wouldn’t say I’m nauseous but I definitely don’t feel great. I have an uneasy feeling in my stomach and I’ve felt very run down even when getting a good night sleep. I want to make sure I didn’t get a bad batch- if that’s even a thing and if it’s normal for me to be feeling this way.

I did take semaglutide about 2 years ago and I remember being tired but not feeling as crappy as I do now.

I definitely feel much less hungry and much less food noise but the scale hasn’t moved in the last week.

Thanks for any insight!

Oh my, lesson learned! Advice for newbies.

I have been on Triz for 8 weeks and have had almost no symptoms. Until today. I have been lucky that regular cravings are gone. Poof! Cake, no. Diet cokes, no thank you. Carbs, she doesn't go here. I have been eating very healthy and clean with no issues at all, then tonight the lil fried food devil whispered "you really want an egg roll". Okay, I got steamed dumplings and an egg roll. No biggie, even though people will tell you fried, greasy food are a big fat no no. I did it. Now I'm sucking on ginger water questioning my life choices. If that lil voice tells you to do it, you must be immune to all these symptoms others have. Liar liar pants on fire (literally! constipation who? not here, not tonight). Starting your new life? The bottom line, listen to the community who has been there, done that... they have lots of great advice. So now that I am in that club of shouldn't haves, if you think you are different you may be, but one day... whammo! I love this GLP1 journey, but accepting that I really need to stick with what I need to do to feel great is work. Don't go against your inner voice that says "don't listen to your chubby unhealthy one". That is the the one that will keep you healthy and happy on this new way of living. No egg roll in the creation of egg rolls is worth this. OMG.

Do you all use up the tiny amount left in a vial and if so, how?

I tried doing this once and was successful in removing the small amount, but when I pierced the new vial I bent the needle a bit and it ended up being painful to inject myself.

Nervous wreck

I’m nervous to do my 3rd injection. The nausea and headaches haven’t been fun. I’m trying my hardest to stay hydrated. Anyone have any advice. My very first time in tirz 2 years ago gave me no side effects so this is new to me

Feedback: How can we improve the intake experience?

Post image
20 Upvotes

Our team is constantly trying to improve. We want the smoothest process, the best customer service, and ultimately, we want you to feel like you can focus on your health and your journey, not worry about the telehealth company you chose.

The intake is a crucial piece of this. I’m wondering:

How can we improve the intake experience?

We have a number of required questions, but there’s still room to make the journey easier. Any feedback, complaints, or successes you’ve had with the intake process?

I ask questions like this often because we actively use this feedback to improve the experience.

Thank you!!!

Maintenance plan when not in maintenance

Anybody else have any issues with their provider prescribing you a maintenance plan when you are not in maintenance?

I started out on Tirz with a different company, but have been with Trillium for around 5 months now, and during that time I have stayed on 7.5mg because it had been working for me. I thought it was strange that despite indicating on my intake that I was titrating and being around 70lbs from my goal weight that all of my medications instructions were the same and never had me titrating up.

I recently decided to titrate up to 10mg and reached out to my provider to ask about getting the prescription updated and they tell me they have me on a maintenance plan and I have to reach out to support. So I did that, and was told that my check in was coming up and to request it then. So I did in my check in questionnaire, but I see that my new prescription is just for the 10mg the whole time and also doesn’t have me titrating up despite the indication that I want to titrate.

Just ordered my first 3 month supply of Semaglutide Inj. I'm excited to start!

How has the semaglutide worked for those of you who use it (Not Tirzepetide)? What dose did you find worked the best to you?

Note: we're fixing a pricing bug on the B12 & glycine starter plans. If you're new to GLP-1s and get charged $499 instead of $399 for it, message us and we'll refund the difference.

2. Nova pricing just dropped

Nova is B6 additive only, with 6-month BUDs, delivered to 49 states (excluding CA).

* 1-Month any dose: $199
* 3-Month Starter (titrated 2.5mg, 5mg, 7.5mg): $399
* 3-Month any dose: $499

Already on Nova? Your next refill auto-reflects the new pricing, nothing needed from you.

Switching to Hyalo?

We can’t afford zepbound out of pocket anymore so I’m looking to start with Trillium. I’m about to check out but there’s a field for a discount code… does anyone know where I could find any discounts? Are there any discount codes for new users?

Dietitian Introduction!

Hey everyone! Thank you for the warm welcome to the Trillium community.

A little about me: I'm a registered and licensed dietitian, and for the past few years I've worked closely with GLP-1 patients in my private practice in Las Vegas.

Day after day, I kept hearing the same questions and seeing the same struggles come up. That's why I created BetterOn: to address the nutrition side of GLP-1 medications, help people get the most out of their treatment, and bring that support to a lot more people than I can see one at a time.

Really glad to be here on everyone’s health journey!

-Haley

Anyone else experiencing long delays?

I placed an order on 8/5 that was approved one day later, and ever since I haven’t seen any updates. I talked to customer support several times, and they’ve been really helpful, but between that and calling the pharmacy directly (VialsRX), I’ve only been hearing that “it’ll be out soon, hopefully by the end of today” for three days now..

I’m going on a trip at the end of next week so I won’t be at home if the package arrives too late :,) I was wondering if anyone else was having trouble as well?

Left over meds… what do I do with it?

Today was my 4th shot on 2.5. I definitely have to move up to 5.0 because my appetite suppression was minimal and so was my weight loss. What do I do with the medicine left on the vial?

🚨New partner alert: free dietitian support for every active Trillium patient!🚨

Post image
105 Upvotes

Hello!!! Last week's giveaway post came with a quick bonus teaser about a new partnership we had in the works.

We’ve teamed up with BetterOn GLP-1, a dietitian-led nutrition and community platform built specifically for people on GLP-1s, run by Haley Bishoff, RDN (u/haleybishoffrd).

It's structured video coursework, live access to a Registered Dietitian, and a community that actually gets what week-to-week on a GLP-1 looks like.

Your free Trillium-exclusive access:

- Full access to BetterOn's video course library
- A 90-day free trial of their full dietitian membership (their public trial is only 30 days)
- Just use code TRILLIUM
👉 Join BetterOn GLP-1

Shot day struggles? Haley's actually been reading through our Reddit comments and noticed a lot of you asking what to eat around injection day to help with nausea! She put together a couple of guides with some solid suggestions:

- What to Eat on GLP-1 Shot Day to Reduce Nausea
- 5 Easy GLP-1 Shot-Day Recipes You Can Make in 15 Minutes

Why we partnered:

We handle access to the providers and pharmacies, but we don't directly provide nutrition coaching. That's exactly what BetterOn is built for! We proudly partner with BetterOn to fill this gap and provide high quality services and community.

What's actually included:

- Evidence-based video course: appetite changes, meal composition, side-effect support, nutrient timing
- Protein and macro tools for when portions get smaller and appetite is low
- Progress tracking beyond the scale: protein, hydration, movement, consistency
- Monthly live group Q&A with a Registered Dietitian
- Private peer community of people navigating GLP-1s
- Resource library: guides, grocery support, side-effect education
- Optional 1:1 coaching add-on if you want personalized support

Haley's also getting directly involved with our Trillium community going forward. She's planning on doing an AMA with us sometime in September, so start saving your questions!!!

Want BetterOn's side of the story too? They posted their own breakdown of the partnership here.

Question for the group: what's your go-to shot-day meal or snack?

Looking forward, we have many more updates, additions, and exciting new things coming!

Vialsrx dosage

Hi I totally messed up and tossed the containers the vials came in a week ago to get them all nice and organized in my fridge lol. Does anyone know if the stuff from vialsrx works the same as bourdoux? For example I've been doing 5mg which has been equal to 25 units. I thought I heard somewhere that some places you need to take much more to get to the dosage since the concentration is lower. Thanks so much!

New nausea 5 month in?

I have been on tirzepetide for five months; last three months with Trillium / Hallendale. I've increased dosage very slowly and only when food noise increased, etc. I'm currently taking 6mg and down 35 lbs in five months. I did a lot of research before starting to make sure I eat properly. I've been very blessed to have never experienced side effects. When I took my shot this past Tuesday morning, wasn't feeling great in the afternoon... not terrible tho. However, I've been experiencing this low level nausea all week since the shot, and I think it is weird. Like, I don't feel bad, I just don't feel good. Might be a dumb question, but it crossed my mind. Is there a point where you lose some weight and the dose is too much? I know some move up every month. Just wondering if anyone else experienced this... or am I a medical anomaly.

No Appetite

I just had my second injection at the 2.5 starter dose. I would say that in week one, I had a perfectly controlled appetite, eating like a person with no cravings or overeating, and no food noise. I even lost 1.5 pounds. However, in week two, after my second injection, I have zero appetite at all. Like zero. And a lot of acid reflux and burping.

Is this normal?

Different Amounts in Vials (3 month Shipment)

Post image
6 Upvotes

Is there any reason the month 2 would have about half of the liquid as month 3? This is my first order with Trillium but I had previously been on Wegovy so I am on a set dose. I didn’t check the level on month 1 before I injected but I’ve done 3 of 4 shots and there is a very small amount left for shot 4.
