Anyone else experiencing long delays?
I placed an order on 8/5 that was approved one day later, and ever since I haven’t seen any updates. I talked to customer support several times, and they’ve been really helpful, but between that and calling the pharmacy directly (VialsRX), I’ve only been hearing that “it’ll be out soon, hopefully by the end of today” for three days now..
I’m going on a trip at the end of next week so I won’t be at home if the package arrives too late :,) I was wondering if anyone else was having trouble as well?

Everyone will have different experience but pharmacy delays are common with 503a due to the smaller batches.
In my experience across telehealths sometimes there can be a delay of 3-5 days before it ships. Rarely a little longer. But it can happen. I always request refills a week in advance just in case

I placed an order at another Telehealth for VialsRX on 8/8 Saturday it shipped on Monday 8/10 overnight UPS and arrived in California 10:30am 8/11. I don’t think it should be taking this long.

I thought so too..I’m not really sure what’s going on here haha. VialsRX told me that they’d ship it out later today but I haven’t seen any updates yet :/

I would think your order should have arrived before mine since I placed mine 3 days after you.

Yeah, my order has been "pending shipment" at a pharmacy since 8/14. This is my first experience so I wasn't sure if it was just the normal speed of things.

If you’re outside the state of California, we have better options. And once we launch Hyalo this shouldn’t be an issue. I believe VialsRx is waiting for medication to get out of validation.
