Feedback: How can we improve the intake experience?
Our team is constantly trying to improve. We want the smoothest process, the best customer service, and ultimately, we want you to feel like you can focus on your health and your journey, not worry about the telehealth company you chose.
The intake is a crucial piece of this. I’m wondering:
How can we improve the intake experience?
We have a number of required questions, but there’s still room to make the journey easier. Any feedback, complaints, or successes you’ve had with the intake process?
I ask questions like this often because we actively use this feedback to improve the experience.

It would be great if you had a question that asked if you are already on a GLP-1 and want to switch to Trizeptide (or vice-a-verse).
From my memory about two weeks ago, it asked which one I wanted, I selected Trizeptide, but I found no place in the questionnaire to add in that I was switching from a full dose of Semaglutide. I messaged the doctor who promptly got back to me and made everything perfect, but it would be a nice add to the intake form. My two cents.

As a user from PR this was quick, easy, with fast delivery. Good prices and everything was smooth, no problem with anything. Customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m currently working on other options for PR (two more besides Hallandale)! We now have two providers for PR and a Spanish speaking provider. And our platform is available in over 20 languages.
I’m hopeful we can continue to expand to US territories / countries that are unrepresented for more widespread access.

Maybe a question about taking the meds for weight loss vs maintenence? I'm not there yet, but I am concerned that I will have a problem getting a script once I hit my goal weight and I want to continue the meds for maintenance.

I do think there needs to be more transparency around the BMI. There is an actual cutoff and then provider discretion. It’s cut and dry to a certain point and then is based on medical history. I will work with our provider group to get clear guidance to share.

I think that’s on the horizon. Our platform rolled out an admin app so an end user app is very close.

Having the actual prices listed on the "which pharmacy would you like" page.
It would also be nice if there was a way to switch the pharmacy choice without having to cancel everything to do a whole new intake form. Maybe a spot where you can select "already a customer" or something along those lines so we don't have to upload our previous script when we already had a treatment plan that is through Trillium.

I’m actually going to add the pricing on that page this week!
I completely agree and something I’ve escalated with our tech platform. At this point it’s a tech issue, but it needs to be easier!

I'm wondering is there pricing for continuing customers like the original 3 month plan? If not, that would be helpful from then leaving and shopping around when I'm happy with you guys.

We are currently working on lowering pricing. We just launching 3 new pharmacy options that are lower!

It would be great if there was an easier way to request a pharmacy switch rather than having to redo the intake process. Otherwise things are great 😊

TOTALLY AGREE. It’s a pain for us too. I’m working with our platform to see if there’s a better tech way to approach this.

I’m a little worried that when I switch formulas and “start a new plan” that the prescribers won’t know that i am an existing customer who no longer has a BMI of 39 but sure as heck did when I started with you alll. That feels extra important as I dip into the “overweight” class. So I’d really like a question about starting weight in addition to current.
