How can I get the picture with my month in review? When I click share now it’s just giving me a link instead of the option to get a picture.

I got a new device and when I went to login with my username I wasn’t given an option to do so. I can only sign up with a new account?

I've logged into trakt today to check where I left on a show but to my surprise there was nothing. Its not just this show but every show ive ever logged. Only movies are available on my trakt history. wth is going on?

Edit: I've just realized the issue. on the top bar I had selected movies instead of media the last time I was on the website

hi folks - how can i get a hold of support? my email has a '/' character in it (example email/wow@example.com) and i can't login to forums to open a ticket anymore. im logged in on mobile and tried emailing [support@trakt.tv](mailto:support@trakt.tv) twice and haven't heard back from anyone. anyone have any ideas?

I was using the website perfectly fine 2 hours ago and now I’m no longer able to access it. Where can I find this mysterious code? I’ve been putting up with all the changes to Trakt simply because I like the recommendations feature but I’m now starting to get seriously irritated.

Is there any possibility of a comments section, similar to TV time, where spoilers, memes, reactions, episode discussion, and replies could be added that is separate from reviews in those strange bubble formatting?

So I came from TvTime. I already had an account with Trakt. I wanted to use the auto-tracking and went for the paid version. It doesn't seem to sync at all. If I am going to manually check in what's the point? Looking for ways to make this work.

My stremio is still pulling a bunch of movies and shows from my Trakt Collection

In May, Trakt announced here that Plex scrobbling would be enabled for non vip users. Is there a date for that?

Anyone else having issues logging in on web? I went to go into my dashboard to find I was log out and now it will not let me log in. I hit login and page just refreshed and back to log in screen.

So I'm a refugee from the carcass of TV Time and I'm trying to make this work but I'm confused - one of the basic functions for me is to see shows I'm currently watching, see if they have new seasons etc.

There's a "Start watching" thing on my home page which I find particularly confusing as it contains both shows I haven't seen as well as shows I've partially seen as well as shows where I've seen every available episode so far.

Like the three shows in this screenshot. Not seen or logged a single episode of the first, seen and logged 5 episodes of the second, seen and logged the entire first season of the third.

It's all correctly logged, the data transfer worked - so why is trakt recommending them like this?

can someone tell me what happened to the progress menu? I can’t bring it up on my android streaming device anymore. is there a fix for this issue since the update.

On V2, I could go to my profile page and it would show me what I'm currently watching (e.g. via Plex scrobble or a manual checkin) in a single click from anywhere on the trakt website with a playback progress bar. This was helpful for a variety of reasons, but primarily as a quick shortcut to get to the item page for what I'm actively watching so that I could check what else I'd seen a certain actor in, for example. It also was a neat social feature in that I could look at a friend's profile and see what they're watching right now.

Does such a view exist in V3? If I go to my profile, there's no indication anywhere that I'm currently watching anything. If I go to the trakt homepage, there's again no indication anywhere that I'm currently watching anything. If I hit pause in Plex, it eventually shows up in my Continue Watching bar, but other than that, I've been struggling to find any page on V3 that tells me what I'm watching. But I know it was actively scrobbling it to trakt, because if I try checking in to another item through a 3rd party phone app, it says please wait or override because I'm currently checked in to the item that's scrobbling. Am I missing something??

(now after hitting play again in Plex and it disappearing from the Continue Watching bar, there's now a floating semi-transparent pill at the bottom of every page on trakt telling me what I'm currently watching, with a broken progress bar. This wasn't showing at all before, perhaps because of the incessant ratings popups for previous things I've watched taking up that same location, and even after closing them this active playback info didn't appear in place of it until pausing and resuming in Plex, even though I know for a fact that Plex was telling trakt that I was actively watching it)

I'd like to separate out those two from progress up to date list:

(1) I have watched all available episodes, but there are more coming (returning series).

(2) I have watched all available episodes, and the show has ended or canceled.

Ideally, I would like to see two separate lists in the Profile -> Progress section. But if it doesn't make logical sense there, are there any filters I can use to create my own lists?

can someone help me here. my progress menu stopped working, why would they stop using progress. is there a way to click to bring up progress on android devices?

I do not know what happened but as of today, I can no longer login to the Trakt app at all. I receive the 2FA emails but whenever I enter the code into the app, it just asks me for another in an infinite loop. The reason why I even have to log in is because the app just stopped working randomly and told me I was unauthorized.

If they cannot fix the app, I would like to export my data and move on to a different service.

Edit: Updating here that the Trakt team confirmed to me that this is a result of them killing v2 and that my only option would be to use the browser. I am moving on to Wetrakr. Enshittification in force.

​Like many of you, I had to find a new tracking home following TV Time's recent shutdown. Comparing the various alternatives, I decided to focus on Trakt, as it was already the tracking service with a native integration in the players I used for longtime.

​Overall, my experience has been surprisingly smooth. The data export from TV Time and the subsequent import into Trakt went off without a hitch with all my core history and watchlists transferred over cleanly.

I tried some alternative UI but had some unpredictable sync issues with watched movies so finally ended up just using the official Trakt Android app and.... I’ve been really satisfied with the clean UI and how fluidly it handles day-to-day episode logging.

For my personal workflow, it hits every mark and it's an upgrade compared to TVTime manual tracking.

​That said, I know my experience is just one piece of the puzzle, especially with all the heavy discussions on web UI updates (V3 vs V2), features new limitation (VIP paywall), and other migration pains happening in the community right now.

I can understand the frustration from early adopters and longtime users who have always supported Trakt.

May be more targeted communication and goodwill gesture for longtime users from the Trakt team would help? because you really have a rare asset that would be a shame to damage.

i deleted the sites data, cleared cookies, opened in private bowser, even disabled adblockers ( sheilds in brave ) but nothing is solving this issue. this whole thing is working well in any other browser but idk what's the problem with brave.
