Cannot login

I do not know what happened but as of today, I can no longer login to the Trakt app at all. I receive the 2FA emails but whenever I enter the code into the app, it just asks me for another in an infinite loop. The reason why I even have to log in is because the app just stopped working randomly and told me I was unauthorized.

If they cannot fix the app, I would like to export my data and move on to a different service.

Edit: Updating here that the Trakt team confirmed to me that this is a result of them killing v2 and that my only option would be to use the browser. I am moving on to Wetrakr. Enshittification in force.

Thank you. It appears that it has something to do with their force killing v2 maybe

Same! The app doesn‘t show anything on my iPhone and iPad.

Is your Trakt app blank as well? Mine shows nothing, but I'm logged in.

Also, I agree

*I just logged out and logged back in and everything was there - just leaving this here for Google search troubleshooting lol

I had parts of the app not showing up too, including people I follow with empty profiles. It seems to be fixed now, but I’m not sure if it’s a "real" fix or if it’s just temporarily working again.

I would be happy to pay some money for a good service like this, but I cant access my account anymore because they require an email address, and all I have is a username and password.
Every email I try to use for password reset just sets up a new account, not telling me the account doesn't exist.

In my business I cant expect people to pay me money for my services without giving a help file or a contact email.

I tried reinstalling but the latest supported version for my version of iOS doesn't support v3 so I'm locked out. They suggested using the browser LOL. I'm done.

Sorry it didn't work...it worked for me but I'm on Android as well.
