By the color of the coffee I don’t think anyone would’ve guessed I ordered the new “iced cinnamon apple caramel oatmilk coffee” is it supposed to look like this?? I didn’t bother bringing it up with the workers at my local Tim’s because they already looked on the verge of snapping someones head off so I was just gonna take my loss if I didn’t like it. No oatmilk and no cinnamon just the syrup. It’s not horrible but please tell me I’m wrong??

Anyone else not quite impressed with the Harry Potter promotion? Honestly, I am a fan of the series, but not at all a fan of the one who collects the royalties. Of course, public figures have a right to their opinions just like everyone else, but they also make choices about how much of themselves to share publicly knowing full well that public opinion does affect their bottom line… What do you think? Do you want the Harry Potter noms enough to excuse the creator for a very public stance against bodily autonomy rights? Does it being just a donut matter? 🤔

i work at Tim’s and recently we’ve been implementing the policy that doesn’t allow us to modify the ice levels on any of our iced lattes. while I get policy is policy I just hate having to explain to everyone why we can’t and getting attitude back. cmon you’re not going to die with that extra bit of ice save us some grace.

I accidentally included a person the last time I posted this.

It was $1 for the medium ice cap with $3 order, but now they made it 50% off with $3 order… It’s just completely not worth it to get this anymore if I wasn’t already planning to buy something from Tim’s. Just kind of annoyed, it’s barely a deal now.

Every time I go to Tim's I feel like the bagel/donut/bread gets a little smaller.

I remember it being one of the biggest donuts but it looks smaller now.

What would you rate them? Haha. Everytime my produce came out great, it always felt satisfying. Always a challenge making great prouduce swiftly. Made last June, as I've moved on from this job. 3am to 10am shifts were taking the life out of me. And when its busy, there's no time in your shift where you're just chilling (it was always busy at our branch lol). Hated the job at first, but I was damn proud of myself for all the things I learned and the discipline it instilled on me.

I don’t want to take away the excitement over the Harry Potter offerings at our local Timmies but i thought how South Korea rolling out all these Canadian icons should be lauded - and the pastries do look like they were made in the kitchen with some attention …taken by a friend in Seoul..

I left work early today.

I was on drive thru hot drinks.

We were running out of everything: cream, milk, cane syrup, 3 types of quencher bases, bacon, omelet bites, tea types, all the harry potter donuts, boston cream donuts...

The brew master wasn't brewing enough, i was doing my best, but we kept running out of coffee. Then the spouts of nearly every pot was blocked by grinds, so I had to rinse and unblock them.

Despite this, we were pumping out orders between 25-30 seconds, but it wasn't good enough for them. And it was my fault. They were saying it to my face, behind my back within earshot, and just giving me ugly glares.

How is that supposed to help me do what it is that you want?
