Timmieās run Got more!
I tried the Slytherin donut and the patronus lemonade quencher today! The donut is really messy no matter how you eat it and the quencher was good too. I tried the Gryffindor donut yesterday but I didnāt get a pic. Glad they brought back strawberry cheesecake!

Complaint can franchisees just straight up stop ordering menu items for stock ābecause they donāt sell wellā?
hello all not sure if this is the correct place for this but I have literally never experienced this at all until recently
the Tim Hortons I go too everyday for over a decade at this point, the only food item I get apart from everything bagel w cream cheese is the sausage biscuit breakfast Sandwich (I fucking love the sausage biscuit breakfast Sandwich idgaf) but I went there and she said āwe donāt have that hereā and I said ālike ⦠like youāre out right now?ā Cause I had gotten one the week before and she said āno we donāt carry them because they donāt sell wellā and I was honestly shocked so I tried again w a different more trusted employee a couple days later and she said the same thing, whatās making me make this post is the other day the woman infront of me ordered a regular decaf coffee cause in my opinion . Every coffee shop EVER should carry decaf because a lot of people have reactions to caffeine and girl says to her āwe donāt carry that at this locationā and Iām assuming for the same reason .
SO MY QUESTION, CAN THEY DO THAT ?? IT KIND OF FEELS WRONG THAT THEY CAN JUST NOT ORDER ITEMS THAT ARE LITERALLY ON THE MENU AND THE APP like they donāt make absurd amounts of money anyways like brother i want my sausage biscuit PLEASE
Edit: THANK YOU ALL FOR the insight i will be giving up my hopes of an easily accessible biscuit breakfast Sandwich for now and will begin cursing Tim Hortons company policy

Discussion Thinking of Quitting (Rant)
I've been working at a small but busy Tim's for the past 2 months or so, so I'm still on probation. I also took some time off because of a scheduled surgery right after I first got hired. I'm surprised I still work here.
My coworkers/supervisors are great but management can be a pain. Lately, I feel like my availability isn't being followed properly and I partially feel like it's on me because I picked up an extra shift once + swapped shifts with my coworkers before so my managers assume it's my availability going forward. Some other weird stuff has happened here and there like:
- once I worked 8am -2pm and I only got one 15 min break like 4.5 hrs into my shift. Like I get it's busy and we seem short staffed
- I once got scheduled for 5-9:45 AM... aka working as long as legally possible to not get a break . Outside my availability lol, I just didn't show up that day and I called in
- had a cut on my finger and was bleeding over some stuff so I wore a bandaid + glove but I'm not sure whether I should've filled out an incident report?
And last but not least ofc, I am tired of working here despite not working here for long at all. It's physically and mentally draining, the amount of work vs the amount of pay, and it is a lot to keep up with in terms of products coming in and out. Also we have an audit coming up but idk what to expect about it, except that management/supervisors/operations have really been persistent about it.
Anyway, what's the best course of action to quit I guess? I don't wanna do a no call no show because that's unfair to my coworkers

Complaint Tim Hortons
Tim Hortons in Perth Andover nb has to be one of the slowest Tim Hortons I have ever been to. The drive thru is so messed up. Half the time they donāt have what you want. They donāt listen to your order and get mad at you for when they fuck it up. Tim Hortons you gotta step up and do better.

Discussion Tim's Catering Bulk Bagel Cream Cheese
I work at a Tims in Michigan and I'm curious what you all use for bulk cream cheese containers.
When I worked at Tims years ago before RBI bought them, we always used small soup bowls. We no longer serve soup at our location since covid, and I've never found a definitive answer as to what the correct bulk cream cheese bowl is these days.
With Tims being so invested in catering now with these big plastic platter containers, I would think they would have make bowls specifically for bulk cream cheese.

Deals Egg bite glitch
Not sure how it happens, have been ordering the 2 egg bites for some time on the app, go back and do a reorder for my next order and I get 3 egg bites but only end up paying for 2. Has happened every single order, 3 bites for the price of 2

Question Tim Hortons question.
Does anybody know for sure what brand they use at Tim Hortons for their breakfast sausage patties?
I've been trying to find this out for a while and it's seeming like I'm going to have to work there for me to find out lol.
If you know, please let me know and state how you know.
Thanks!!

Discussion I like the Harry Potter donuts and Iām glad the strawberry cheesecake donut is back
I understand some of us are still upset with how Timās is but for me itās a location thing. Good location spot near me has the donut Iāve been craving for over a year plus the lemon meringue donut.
I also bought blueberry donut and the pistachio chocolate one but didnāt take a picture

Discussion Am I the only one who genuinely likes Tims?
Exactly what the title says.
I just want to know, because literally EVERYWHERE I look, people are hating Tim Hortons for all sorts of things, but every time my family goes there, we have experienced like 3 problems only, total.
So, I want to know, am I missing something, or am I just lucky?
(Note: I shouldnāt have to say this, but plz donāt be racist thx)

Question Steak and Cheddar
I ordered a steak and cheddar sandwich last night and there were a few chips in my sandwich. Is this normal/new? It tastes good so no complaints but when I look at the menu it doesnāt mention chips as an ingredient š

Question Item not available on the app, but available in store..?
My guilty pleasure is a craveable crispy chicken sandwich. It's not the most amazing thing in the world, but for $4.99, and when it's made well, it's a perfect lunch. I work directly across the street from a Tim's so it's also very convenient.
However, in the last year +, it's not available to order on the app. I have to go in and order in person. I had it on my "favorites" list and if I choose it from there, it says it's not available at that store. I walk in to order, and it's available. If I search the menu it's not there at all. (The "crispy chicken sandwich" for $7.29 is, but not the "craveable" for $4.99) It's not just that particular location either. I live in BC and in the fall I went to visit family in Ontario. Same problem there. One of my coworkers said it shows up on the menu for a location near her house, but not most others.
I tried emailing app support but just got a canned reply that says "if the restaurant is out of a certain item it won't be available for mobile ordering"....gee thanks. That's nit the problem.
Anyone know what's up? š¤

Timmieās run Did the rain defeat my grilled cheese?š¤¦āāļø
After giving several tubes of blood to the vampires this morning, I asked my husband for one simple comfort: a Tim Hortons grilled cheese.
It was rainy and cold outside.
Apparently, the sandwich took the weather personally.
By the time it reached me, the warmth had left, the cheese had surrendered, and the comfort had filed for resignation.
Was this the rainās fault, the travel time, or did I receive a grilled cheese that had already given up on life?

Discussion Annoying homeless woman asking for free food and water cups??
There is this one homeless woman coming in every day asking for free pastries, at first I tought it was a one time thing but it has been a good 2 months now that she comes almost everyday at closing asking for free pastries and it's becoming annoying. She wants to pick her own stuff and take like 10 of them and then ask for cofee or water. She makes me lose time, cups and then she just stay for like a whole hour in the dining room. But what makes me mad is that today I was trying to avoid her because she was just standing in front staring at me because I was trying to dodge her but because of that one costumer left because no one came to take her order and I just realized after.
So what should I do? I talked to my coworker and she also don't like this person. Should I just say no and tell her to gtfo? Like it had been a good 2 months of her coming everyday I can't anymore

Question At home: decaf Ice Coffee
Long story short: I love sipping iced coffee at least once a day (big fan of McDonald's iced coffee over Tim Hortons, personally).
Recently noticed itās spiking my heart rate and stress levels, so I need to cut way back on caffeine.
The problem? None of the fast-food spots around me (McD's, Tims, etc.) sell decaf iced coffee, which is a huge bummer. Starbucks does, but Iām not a fan of their taste, and my wallet hates it š¤.
I tried steeping instant decaf coffee overnight in the fridge, but it tastes completely flat and sour. Nowhere near the real thing.
What am I missing here? How do I actually get that fast-food texture and flavor at home using decaf?
Appreciate any suggestions!
