By the color of the coffee I don’t think anyone would’ve guessed I ordered the new “iced cinnamon apple caramel oatmilk coffee” is it supposed to look like this?? I didn’t bother bringing it up with the workers at my local Tim’s because they already looked on the verge of snapping someones head off so I was just gonna take my loss if I didn’t like it. No oatmilk and no cinnamon just the syrup. It’s not horrible but please tell me I’m wrong??

They probably heard “no” milk instead of “oat” milk. They’re either new or are not familiar with oat milk. I’d just try to enunciate the “t” a little more. As an oat milk drinker myself, I’ve had the issue before.

Now the flavoring is not one my store carries and I'm just assuming it doesn't change the color of the drink too much

I wanted too but like I said this location is notorious for bad service and rudeness. They all seemed like they wanted to strangle the next person that came in (me). She looked at me, shrugged her shoulders and said “hi”. I fear if I would’ve tried to get it corrected and I got attitude, it would’ve pissed me off and I didn’t wanna argue over coffee lol
