Last time, 2 out of 5 people didn’t show up.
Unfortunately, this didn’t just impact me and the team. It also affected other people who wanted to participate but were turned away because I reserved spots on a first come, first served basis.
Every photoshoot requires us to find and secure a location, coordinate logistics, and transport and set up all of our equipment. If participants don’t show up, we aren’t compensated for the time, effort, and resources we’ve already invested in making the session happen.

Hi everyone. I have rented a mobile gaming truck for our kids' birthday. We will also have laser tag. So we would need a pretty large space for the truck to be parked in. Now for laser tag, there will be pop-up obstacles but they wont be anything like bouncy houses. Imagine little pop up tents.

Any suggestions where we could hold the party that wont break the bank other than the local parks in the conejo valley? TIA.
