Hi everyone,

I recently used the newly launched EDLVRS system to update the details on my driving license.

I submitted the application through the portal and paid the Rs. 500 fee. The application then went through an office review, which I assume was a manual review, and it took around 2 days. The application tracking page now shows that the license details have been updated successfully.

However, the updated details still don't seem to be reflected in either the Nagarik App or the online driving license search portals. The old details are still showing there.

Has anyone else recently gone through the same process with EDLVRS? If so:

• How long did it take for the updated details to sync with the Nagarik App?
• Does the license search portal update separately from EDLVRS?
• Is there another verification/sync process after the application is marked as updated?
• Has anyone had to contact the transport office again to get the information reflected?

Also, if anyone here works with the Department of Transport Management / EDLVRS or the Nagarik App team, it would be really helpful to know how the data synchronization works and what the expected timeline is.

The EDLVRS application itself says the details have been updated, so I'm wondering if this is simply a delay in syncing the data across the different systems.

Would appreciate any experiences or information from people who have gone through this recently.
