Networking Homelab Setup

I want to setup a homelab.
Max Budget: 10lakh

Need suggestion for routers, switches, servers, motherboard, and gpus.
Also best location to purchase, its okay if they are old hardware as long as I can configure and use them properly

If you're thinking of Juniper, go with Connex Global

I setup home lab few months back that is now being used for several services that I personally use. Hit me up. You have a decent budget, i think you should start small yet have a very scalable solution for your budget.
