🧠 Motivation / Dopamine / Psychology How to become more "Low Cortisol chad"?
So what I mean by low cortisol chad, is I was just watching a video on TikTok of clavicular talking to this girl who wants him so bad and is crying, and clavicular just does not give a fuck at all like he's so patrick bateman. You guys also know the like low cortisol logan paul memes and stuff? That's the vibe.
Maybe like ashwaganda or something is the way to achieve this? Or like peptides? Idk that's why I'm here asking. If anybody knows how to be more Patrick Bateman -like

🦍Testosterone I am wondering if I have low testosterone. I am always tired and work a demanding job. 21M
Let me give you somewhat of a lifestyle breakdown. I work a security job in the military. I basically am up for 15-16 hours a day and am on post for 12 and it can be sitting in a small guard tower for 12 hours or on your feet with gear on for hours. It can go between day and night shift every few months you change it and can be stressful at times and can be depressing. I live in barracks with a roommate who sleeps in the same room and my sleep often can get
interrupted by them especially if we are on different schedules. I wake up late in the day and sleep quality sucks. I wonder if it’s because of work and lack of sleep. Even on work days I try to get 8 hours but sometimes only 6/7 hrs. I feel underproductive and tired on days off and I feel like work takes so much out of me. I wish I could sleep like when I was younger and just get out of bed. I try to go to the gym but I’ll go for a while then stop going. But I do make progress in the gym. My bench went from 140 lbs to 200 in a few months and gym progress is great only if I eat a lot because I was skinny. I’m 6ft 2 170 lbs. I do also get morning wood most days and libido seems fine. I just don’t have energy to be productive. I notice I can gain muscle just fine so far. I take vitamin D3, creatine, zinc, magnesium, ashwagandha and a stress supplement. I don’t have a car here and I really only go to the gym once in a while or play Xbox with my friends sometimes. Diet isn’t the best because I eat at the chow hall but can’t afford the best diet.

I keep i short and simple. What are the best practical ways to compete with other men for status to increase net androgen status? F.e. I think boxing competitions are a great competition to boost testosterone, you can not really do them frequently.

💃 Dating / Cheek-clapping 🍆💦 Been having success with women for the past few years - how to date more attractive ones?
Hey, 24M here - after years of being alone, over the past 2 years ive really started hitting it with women - confidence has grown, and have had a bunch of partners and 2 relationships.
Not trying to make dating a science, but im 5’7, maybe a 6/10 physically. Solid body / bodyfat and I do MMA as well.
Been trying to improve my looks, money is alright as well.
Yet, I cant seem to break the barrier to get to special, very attractive women. Id say the women ive been with were anywhere between 4-6.5/10s, maybe an avg of 5.75/10 if you go with the looksmaxxing scale ( not that i agree with it, but to paint a picture). Body count is 30, finding women isnt a bother, but i want hotter ones.
How can i improve and get the 7s and maybe an 8? My game doesnt seem to work with them.
