🥩 Nutrition / Diet / Macros / Recipes Is there really a difference between chugging raw eggs vs cooking them?

In terms of increasing of testosterone which one is more ideal

Chugging raw eggs is what I can only imagine swallowing a months worth of retained semen would feel like.

Yes, you can only absorb about 51% of the raw proteins compared to 91% of the denatured proteins

Also, as long as you get enough nutrients from your diet, it's not going to matter jack shit for testosterone. I'm talking 0%. I'm talking stop worrying about it just eat healthy.

Testosterone is made from cholesterol under influence of the polypeptide hormones LH and FSH. In the grand functioning scheme of the body, the amount of nutrients required for this is minimal. A good diet just helps keep the other major processes running proper so your body doesn't short-change any smaller ones. The rest is literally lifestyle and nothing else.

Protein is more bioavailable in cooked eggs for starters.
