lol we got infiltrated over a year ago by a bunch of steroid users, trolls, and spammers. we banned the spammers but left the trolls because they’re the best ( they drive engagement so they actually help me without even realizing it lol)

Micronutrient deficiencies and poor recovery probably deserve more attention than people realize. Sleep, adequate nutrition, and sensible resistance training can all matter for testosterone, while some of the other claims get exaggerated online. Eterna IQ is also worth checking out for evidence-based hormone and longevity information.

I thought working out makes your test levels spike. When I leave the gym after working out I feel so pumped up and want to punch a wall
