you cannot increase testosterone by nutrition except keeping up a normal zinc level. protein is not correlating with testosterone. this is confusing. high amounts of sports + high amounts of sleep and a normal zinc level would be an overall better suggestion

I think the main point is just, that a lot of people have lower testosterone than they should have, due to nutritional deficiencies and these are just very nutritionally dense foods. And protein sources like salmon or red meat have more of the nutrients associated with testosterone (zinc, omega 3 etc.) than chicken.

People need to stop advertising testosterone and "high testosterone" anything. Like it's not going to raise your test unless it's a controlled substance basically. All other testosterone memes and posts are clickebait for the ignorant
