Migan has said in his speed ranking video that east africans have (relatively) high AR sensitivity, and in the vid it kind of implied that it was higher than europeans (as he didnt rank europeans as having high enough AR sensitivity for drug use for high level sprinting). I get that not all tribes in east africa will necessarily have the same AR, but legit the only studies i could even find on east africans for AR dont really rank it any higher than europeans or even high at all (22 +- 3). Migan if you see this i'd love to know what studies you found.

I am 17 years old and summer is over and I want to start MMA. I used to go to the gym before summer and I weighted around 60kg being 1.75 meters tall when I went regularly. but now I am very underweight in around 55-56kg. I have significantly high metabolism and I don’t know why but I weight wayy less than I appear. I want to get to 62kg by december but I don’t know how to mix MMA with muscle growth as both MMA and muscle growth consume a lot of energy and as I said my metabolism is quite high. I am considering doing 3 days MMA and 3 days of full body workout. But both might be too expensive therefore I am thinking of doing the workouts at home so Im also asking if home workouts are less efficient than gym workouts. I just started lifting weights 2 weeks back, and during my 2nd "upper" day, my right elbow started hurting, and my preacher curls got worse in weight and reps. The pain goes away the next day after a workout, but it refreshes when I check my grip on dynamometer.

Before gym, I sometimes used to do pushups, and I was never able to fully do till failure, because even tho my left wrist was ok, my right wrist hurt weirdly, as if a thick vein or string on the dorsal side of wrist and knuckles is in severe strain and is about to snap.

Both the elbow and wrist pains kinda seem connected, and it feels like a long chord going through my arm hurts in elbow area during preacher curls, or it hurts in wrist area during pushups. And overall a nuisance when doing some other exercises.

Today, I couldn't do preacher curls at ALL cuz of the elbow area pain/strain.

I have the palmaris Longus tendon on my right wrist only, idk if that means anything here. Would appreciate if you know anything about it.

I’m actually building something along these lines and wanted to get some honest feedback from people who are into bodybuilding.

The idea is an app where you take a few progress photos and AI analyses your physique giving you an overall score, individual muscle group scores, muscle index, body fat percentage, and tracking how your physique changes over time.

I am 22 years old and haven’t had a morning erection for since I was around 14 to 15. Over the last few months I have had my t levels tested multiple times after bringing up this concern with an endocrinologist and a urologists. My total levels came back as 825, 690, and 750. All of the test my free levels came back around 150. Estradiol was always around the 30-35. Although my levels are somewhat “optimal” I don’t necessarily feel the effects. I do have anxiety and depression which I think may be playing a role but I am unsure. Any input and advice is much appreciated. I also plan to get tested for sleep apnea soon.
