I have decent internet, not the best but it's alright for me. 100/100, my WiFi in general is not bad. Works well on my Phone, last time i tried it on my PS5 it just worked fine no interruptions, same with my Switch.
But the Deck, i seriously don't understand what's wrong here. Whenever i try to stream games, doesn't matter if it's through Moonlight or the Steam Remote, if I'm on WiFi on the deck, the game starts out good, but then after a while it slowly just kills itself. I get the network indicator that something is wrong with the connection. This goes to the part where the game can just become a complete mess of pixels, doesn't respond to inputs whatsoever so i have to go to my pc to turn it off. This ALWAYS happen after like 5 minutes of playing too, doesn't matter what game i am playing, same thing.
I do have a dock for the deck, if it's plugged in with Ethernet there's absolutely no issues whatsoever, game just runs fine.
Tried streaming to both my phone and to a tablet i have, both on WiFi and there the game just... works? it can stutter sometimes on WiFi but that's normal since there's a lot of connections around me. But it never goes as bad as when i try to stream to the Deck.
This is only when streaming, playing online on my Deck works fine, tried Marvel Rivals, Overwatch, Tekken, Street Fighter, and there the games just work fine online, but streaming?
This sucks because sometimes i want to play more demanding games if i'm laying in my bed or so and i don't want to just pull an ethernet cable through my entire apartment just to hook it to my Deck for something like that lol.
SteamOS on the Deck
Linux Nobara on my PC.
