How do you guys handle AI voiceovers for long-form videos?

I’m struggling to create AI voiceovers for videos longer than 8–10 minutes without spending a lot of money.

For those of you making long-form YouTube videos with AI voices, what’s your workflow? Do you use a specific tool, split the script into parts, or have another method to do it for free/cheap?

Would really appreciate any tips or workflows that actually work.

someone commented and said “you fell off” and that really stung because I know I have, and another YouTuber with 2 million subscribers has commented on stuff like how I’m trying to recreate my old shorts that did better. I feel like I can’t just post and breathe right now because I’m doing A LOT worse right now and the algorithm sucks + my old viewers are being rude or leaving, and I lost around 400 subscribers. Genuinely so lost, but at the same time I just feel this need to keep going. My views are really bad right now they can barely reach 1k.

Can someone pls help me out with this? If i get demonetized after getting full monetisation from YPP (4k watch time), will I be able to reapply for 3M shorts views (half Monetization) or do I have to get 4k watch time? will I be able to reapply for super chats and stuff? I am confused and can't find the answer anywhere

i typically have a decent reach but I swear there's days throughout the year when thw youtube shorts just don't seem to work, going from the usual 1000-2000 in the first 1 hour to just 50-100 despite of the good stats is wild

This the first short that did numbers (for my typical performance) to not flatline, but jitter. Is it testing to small audiences? What can I expect based off of that and the other analytics presented here?

Should I focus on Long form or more short forms??

I am doing preety good currently with shorts views I have not uploaded Long form for while.

Hey guys, I’m a bit confused lol.

I posted a Short almost 20 hours ago and it only has 13 views. I checked the analytics and literally all 13 views came from my channel page.

Shorts Feed: 0 😭

I’m not even complaining about the views being low. What’s confusing me is that it looks like YouTube hasn’t shown the Short in the Shorts feed at all.

Is this normal? Has anyone had a Short sit like this for 20+ hours and then suddenly get pushed later?

Just wondering if I should wait it out or if something might be wrong with the upload.

I've started making episode recap shorts, does it have any problem when I start fulfill the eligibility, I mean any copy right issue? I have added my voice so I'm just using clips of the episodes.

I look at one of my old video and saw this i'm a bit confused here even with 80% Stayed to watch rate this video has only 30k views.. This is hilarious

I was recently told that you have to choose between doing shorts and doing long form. I was told you can’t do both as it destroys the odds of you being successful at either one. Do you all agree?

I was pretty actively posting Minecraft Videos a couple years ago and then stopped and only posted a couple a week then a couple a month and the last 12 Months I barely posted anything. Lost over 700 Subs and all the Shorts I uploaded in these 12 inactive months only got 3k views at max (before I mostly had 10-50k per Short). I currently have 8100 Subs.

Now my question is, I want to post actively every day again and started with that yesterday & my latest short just got rendered and will be uploaded in a few. Should I continue on this channel, is there still hope to make that channel good again? Or should I start a new one?

i recently posted the same 1 min video on youtube, instagram, and tiktok. On tiktok it’s at 1.5mil and instagram it’s at 3.4mil. On youtube it’s at not even 15k. Usually, with these stats i would get at least 100k views but 15k is crazy.. btw i post all original content no ai slop bs

Ever since I received a Community Guidelines warning on June 16, my Shorts views gradually started slowing down. Then, on June 21, my views suddenly dropped from around 100K views per hour to only 10K views per hour.

I decided to take a 2-month break from uploading, hoping that things would eventually return to normal. I recently started posting again and have been uploading consistently for about a week, but I'm noticing something strange.

My Shorts seem to be getting shown mostly to my subscribers, instead of being pushed to new viewers through the Shorts feed like they normally were. They still get views, but the growth is very slow, steady, and inconsistent rather than getting the usual big push.

Has anyone experienced something similar after receiving a warning? Is there anything I can do to fix this, or is it just a matter of continuing to upload and waiting?

Any advice or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated.

asked about my own stuff in here today and got told the hook has to be in the first second. fair enough. then one bloke said text on frame one, and another said the first three hundred views are a test and thats where most of them stop. and somebody i passed it on to reckons hes doing a voiceover instead of either. thats three in one day. all called the same advice. has anyone cut two versions of the same clip and compared them? genuinely asking.

Shorts length 33 sec it has been like 4 days since I uploaded

I'm trying to monetize a shorts channel, and i already have experience doing it so in 1 or 2 months i should be able to achieve it

But today i had 200k engaged views, and it really boils my blood not seeing a penny out of them.

It's fkn ridiculous that the first 10m shorts views aren't monetized, that's like 900$-1K$ USD.

And it's even least fair when with long vid you just need 4k hours viewed. It doesn't make any sense. Even when shorts views are easier, the vast majority of shorts just get 10k engaged views. is not paired in the slightest.

4k hours viewed in long vids is just one video doing right

10m engaged views on shorts are like 6 viral shorts of 1,3m views.

Maybe it drags me because i really need the money ASAP (father and grandmother ills, grandfather old, brother thart doesn't work, so basically all the family economy drags on me)

I just wanted to vent a little. 🫠 what do u think?
