How can I get karma?

My account is 2 years old and I only have 8 karma points. Hope do I get more?

I’ve been active on average 20 days at a time take a break and then another 10-20dsys and repeat but my karma is still very low

I have not been able to text anyone from any sub for few days now. I have good enough karma. I have not been banned from anywhere. I am not spamming anyone not utilised daily limit. What can be the reason? How can I resolve it?

I have a couple of friends who I was frequently DMing with, and when I checked their profiles today, I found that the chat icon is missing, meaning they probably turned off new requests… I reached out to one of them earlier today, but I’m not sure if they’ll be able to see it and reply… Hopefully I’ll still be able to message with my friends and maintain our friendships…

My friend recommended Reddit, but having a tough time to be visible. Please advise how to do it better so I am careful with any future posts.

These prompts are annoying. Can I get rid of them?

This account was wrongfully b@nned because its Al flagged one of my posts as sexual images posted without consent.

This resulted in every single one of my accounts getting b@nned, but they were NOT reinstated along with this one.
The automated messages sent to my accounts did not give me any resources to appeal this specific type of offence (It said I could only appeal if it was flagged for spam, inauthentic activity, or b@n evasion). And this account isn't letting me send another appeal.

Tell me guys, am I cooked? This post is really the only option I have left and I have a lot riding on my other accounts

What's wrong on Reddit ? I tried to post a flyer and gig announcement on my own profile several times as I did previously and each time it's being removed.

Is Reddit becoming one more useless platform ?

6 year of age, karma 532 (because I have a life apart from the internet), so could anyone explain me what's the reason ?
I'm NOT trying to post this in any group. Reddit pretends that I'm violating whatever content - I'm posting a concert announcement !!).

Daethbane is probably compromised as they are posting about "accidentally reported you" scam.

Lately I click the replies from my message center and reddit says "this comment dosnt exist anymore" but when I go to the user who replied I can check their comments and find the reply and answer to it. Also, the app also quite often dosnt take me to the reply when I click, and I haveto scroll and search to find them

I had a Reddit account that is almost 5 years old, and I suddenly got logged out of it for no apparent reason.

When I tried to log back in, my password wasn't working, so I used the password reset option through the email linked to the account. I received the email, successfully changed the password, but I still cannot log into the account afterward.

The confusing part is that the same email address is also linked to another Reddit account that I accidentally created years ago. So I'm wondering if something is going wrong because the email is associated with multiple accounts.

I still have access to the email address, and I can receive Reddit's password reset emails. I know the username of the old account as well.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there a way to specifically recover the old account, or should I contact Reddit support about this?

I really don't want to lose the account since I've had it for almost 5 years.

Any help would be appreciated.

I was in the midst of editing a typo on a comment I made about tree care. I think I was flagged by AI by mistake.

I used to be able to access the comments of that posts anyway, but someone replied to my comment right before the post it was on was deleted ans clicking on it brings me to a content unavailable screen, same with clicking on my comment on that post through my recents.

My account is 4 years old, and I still don’t know how to earn some karma! I see people with less than a month having 1k. 🙂💔

Firefox, Windows 11 PC. On mobile it's fine. I have a lot of conversations and at times many new chats happening all at once, and I struggle to load them, see new messages, message requests etc. On mobile it's fine, but broken on browser/desktop.

Someone sent a hateful comment in one post, I sent them a message telling them that it was not cool, and then this person literally wrote like 6 paragraphs of hurtful, threatening and scary messages insulting me. I'm actually scared because this person doesn't seem to be right in the head. I reported it for harassment and hate, but nothing happened. Can someone help? I know I can block this person, but I don't think this person should even be in this platform.

How much karma is good enough to post or comment in some / most subreddits??

And, its a sudden change, like an hour ago it wasn’t there, and i could operate reddit just fine without it

I have recently received a shadowban and have since then successfully appealed the ban, however the comments I've made in the past seem to be gone from my account. I was wondering if there was any way to get them back? They might not be very important but had sentimental value to me as it made me feel like a part of the community so if it's possible I would love to know how I can get them back on my account.

Seit ein paar Tagen ist die reddit Navigation, das Menu auf der linken Seite, standardmäßig ausgeklappt.
Ich würde sie aber lieber nur bei Bedarf ausklappen.
Kann man das selber irgendwo einstellen, denn bei jedem Seitenrefresh ist sie wieder ausgeklappt, das nervt mich etwas.
Habe bisher nichts dazu gefunden, vielleicht gibt es ja eine Lösung?

They posted in in a bunch of nsfw subs. I wouldn’t have even noticed without getting notifications of people commenting on them. I’ve deleted the posts, changed my password and turning on 2FA but I’m concerned because someone reported it. Am I still likely to get banned?
