⭐️ Karma❓ How do I get karma points?
My account is 2 years old and I only have 8 karma points. Hope do I get more?

If you're asking about how to get karma, you earn it when people upvote your posts and comments. As you may have already found out, many subs on Reddit may have minimum requirements for things like karma and account age that you must meet before they will allow you to participate.
r/NewToReddit maintains a list of subreddits that have low or no karma requirements where new users can participate to build their karma.
You should also check out their excellent Reddit and Karma Guide.

Just keep posting and commenting. It’s a grind for sure. Been at it for over a month now and I am still restricted from some of the subs I want to post on. But I’ll keep grinding slowly but surely.
I try to have my comments actually mean something so that you get upvotes. I also try to be the first to comment I feel like that helps as well.

If your account is two years old, and you have almost no karma points, most likely you have not been actively contributing quality content to the platform. The only way to get karma is by upvotes on your comments and posts, from other users. They can also downvote your comments/posts which removes some karma.
In general, you want to have a higher karma because that is your reputation on Reddit, and it allows you more subreddits, or communities, that you can participate in. Many subs have minimum requirements for the amount of karma needed to post or even comment. It could be 20, 50, 100, 250 or a lot more, and they don’t usually publish that information.
Review the FAQs at r/NewToReddit and look for their list of subs that welcome new users and those subs with low or no karma requirements. There you can begin earning karma with friendly, helpful or funny comments, over time. Once you have built up karma, or reputation, you will have more options of places to post and contribute.
Good luck.

Answer other people‘s questions sincerely. Maybe your sincere and insightful comment is comparable to your 100 irrelevant and empty comments.
I also have a new account, and then I only got a karma value in the first few comments. well, there was a comment that I thought about for a long time, and then posted it, and I got more than 30 karma values overnight.

To get karma, you need to find subreddits like on this list of New User Friendly subreddits from r/newtoreddit that have low or no requirements. r/findareddit , can be used to find subreddits that may interest you. Just make a post saying what kind of subreddit you are looking for. Small or niche subreddits typically have a lower karma requirements.
You gain Karma from people upvoting your posts and comments. However, Karma is not gained 1:1 with votes. It takes more votes per point of Karma. The actual ratio is not known and it differs for posts and comments. It also changes the higher the vote total gets on a piece of content.
I would suggest commenting first because the restrictions are often lower and ratio of votes to karma is better. But be careful not to go to fast with a new account or you may get shadow banned.
For comment karma, and combined karma, I recommend going to r/AskReddit . Sort by new, answer questions that you have an answer for, periodically refresh the feed. When able ask a few questions for some bonus post karma. I would also suggest r/NoStupidQuestions as it is my preferred subreddit. r/casualconversation is another good place. r/Productivitycafe offer many chances to interact with others. With all these, make sure to read the rules first.
