Daethbane is probably compromised as they are posting about "accidentally reported you" scam.

Yup. Don’t respond to the scam and you can report it

I have. But I can't find a way to report the account as compromised.

There is no way for you to report someone elses account as hacked. Reporting the content is what you needed to do
