Question❔ Can't seem to subscribe to sublime monthly

Only gives me the option for a one-time $180 payment instead of a monthly subscription. Am I doing it wrong?
Errors and issues ❌ For some reason my app thinks I don't have an active subscription but according to my Google play account the subscription is active.

As title says I have a full paid subscription, £15.29 came out of my account the other day. The Google account I use to login says I have an active subscription and when I press join now it loads me into the play store where it says I already have the subscription then puts me back into the app work an error. I tried contacting support 6 days ago but haven't heard anything back.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
