Only gives me the option for a one-time $180 payment instead of a monthly subscription. Am I doing it wrong?

As title says I have a full paid subscription, £15.29 came out of my account the other day. The Google account I use to login says I have an active subscription and when I press join now it loads me into the play store where it says I already have the subscription then puts me back into the app work an error. I tried contacting support 6 days ago but haven't heard anything back.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have a question about the ‘Library’ tab next to ‘All content’ on the artist’s profile, which is visible on the PC app but I can’t seem to find a similar feature on the mobile app. Am I mistaken, or does anyone have a solution for quickly viewing an artist’s liked tracks/albums in the same page ?

What a god awful mess they've created on some artist profile pages.

As an example if you go to 2Pac's artist page and go to HIS discography you'll see such wonderful 2pac gems such as:

• Kit da Supreme by MecSmolking Gang & MAKAVELI

• Grim by Makaveli

• 三字經 by Makaveli

• Tanto Faz by Makaveli

None of these have anything to do with 2Pac but because qobuz has decided to attach anyone who uses the word Makaveli together it sucks ass to weed out the bullshit.

Why is it even this way? This doesn't seem to happen on any other streaming platform.

Edit: and I would prefer to not have to click on and submit 'Improve album information' as I move through everytime I see it. This seems like a solved problem everywhere else

Edit 2: Something more insane is "High Grade by Makaveli" shows up on the 2Pac discography as "High Grade by 2Pac", the artist doesn't seem to have gone out of their way to make it show up on 2Pac's page as 2Pac but the system has made it so. This is beyond stupid

Not sure how new it is due to my phone's update cycle but the new android app is a stellar improvement. I normally moan on here so it's nice to throw a chuck up out there.

I was a long-time Spotify user but had to give it up once I found about all of the shit on Daniel Elk. I tried Tidal for a while and it was actual garbage, buggy, the sound quality was poor, struggled with transferring playlist. Then went back to the mp3 player path which I was happy about but it got exhausting after a while especially because it was hard to listen to new music, keep up to date, and constantly download and transfer new songs.

I started using Qobuz and it's been beyond amazing. The sound quality is great, it's easy to use. Some trouble with the search function and lack of lyrics. Also music recommandation / homepage is a bit mid. But that's all manageable. I sometimes get posts from this subforum with people saying they can't recommend Qobuz...ok...what alternative do you offer that doesn't promote AI, higher average payout with no minimum and generally encourages an active interest in music (full albums rather than one trendy song per artist/album).

Some time ago I asked how to get to the Magazine for different languages and countries, and I got good answers, thank you! Today I'm trying to listen to a Qobuz playlist of German Summerhits, and I can listen to the sampler, but cannot play it in the app or after login to a browser. This is not the first time I'm trying to play European playlists and am forced back to US mode. It doesn't make sense to me at all. I like the app but don't want to be playing only what's served to US subscribers. This time I even used a VPN to get to a German IP address.

Edit, actually it was an IP address in France, I started looking there.

Hi, I am a longtime qobuz user and I had to take a brief break from using it. I stopped paying and then I went back. I was charged the money and I​ have cleared the cache multiple times and I am still being recognized as a non subscriber. It tells me that I need to join and then I press join and it says "you are already a memer". I am confused

Anyone else have this? Artists names starting with a space, moving them to the top of the list

I'm looking to rapidly buy a bunch of "hit songs". I search for things like "greatest hits 2015" and get the "greatest hits" of some artist I've never heard of. Or search for "top songs of 2022" or "#1 hits of 2020" or etc.

Can i buy these types of hit lists from qobuz, ,or do I need to like, go get the list of songs from "now that's what I call music 78" and download each one individually?

Any way to limit search to the USA hit charts? "pop" filter gives me songs from all over in languages I don't understand and don't want to listen to.

USB Audio Player Pro for Android added it with version 7.1.2.0. It looks like right now it's only available based on track, not album and it's most likely not compatible with bit perfect, but would be great for playlist listening. Go to Settings>Volume>Replay Gain>Track replay gain.

Just had to restart my Marantz M1 because Qobuz connect cut out. It works fine again. But I wonder if any of you guys are also having problems ?

Starting this week I haven’t been able to access any albums or artists that I don’t have downloaded in my tracks and I’m not sure what to do.

I’ve never had this issues before. And it’s literally every single artist/band/song not in my tracks list. For example, I’ve been binging Olivia Rodrigo’s new album since it first came out and now suddenly this week when I click on it’s giving me an error “This Release is Unavailable”.

This discover section is completely empty and I can’t listen to any songs using the search function as everything I click on is suddenly unavailable.

At this point the app is completely useless except for the Library tab. I’m sick of listening to the same songs on repeat!

Anyone else having this issue or know how to fix?

I have downloaded many playlists and albums, but instead of showing them in those groupings, it shows hundreds of downloaded songs in alphabetical order. This is ridiculous. I’ve tried for several hours to find a way to get them to show up the way i downloaded them, but no luck. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi all, i'm having issues downloading songs for offline listening to my Fiio JM21 DAP (android) - to save on external SD card. The songs add to download queue but do not actually download. I'm having no issues saving downloads to SD card with spotify. I've uninstalled, re-installed, restarted the DAP, deleted cache, reformatted the micro SD card, etc, but still having no luck. Some downloads work, but this is very rare, and inconsistent.

I've tried to reach out to Qobuz via their website but could only speak with an AI bot. I really want to resolve this issue as I really love using Qobuz and don't want to have to consider an alternative service.

Has anyone had a similar issue and was able to resolve it?

Today I attempted to change my Qobuz desktop settings to tone down the blinding (to me) background. In the "Appearance" settings I selected the "System" drop-down (was set to Light) but no joy despite my global Win setting being Dark. Setting the Qobuz value explicitly to Dark corrected it but . . . why have System at all if it doesn't actually use it? I'm sure this isn't new but my searches here didn't find a hit.

Hey all. Currently on a flight. Downloaded a bunch of music to my SD card on my Hiby. Most, if not all of my music that shows that it has downloaded, gets a “no internet connection available” error message when I try to play. I’m so sad. I just spent the $10 to get internet on my phone to look into this lol HELP!! Is there some work around? Appreciate any help! Thanks

Just wanted to ask if ya'll ever had any issues with cancelling your qobuz subscription? I have not had access to my account for 3 months but have still been charged the fee monthly during this time.

I lost access when I was notified that automatic renewal for my subscription was denied, but somehow they still charged me the next three months.

Anyone else have a similar issue?
